      Sedona Moving and Storage was hired to move my elderly parents. Contracted to complete move in one day so they could stay in the new place. Arrived six hours late. Movers had no experience. Broke furniture and stained upholstery. My wife and I moved 75% of boxes to the street and then unloaded truck on arrival to expedite things. They were so slow and could not complete move until extremely late. I had to get a hotel for my elderly parents. They promised to fix furniture and reimburse me for the reasonable hotel expense. It has been four months and no follow through on either. They do not answer the phone or emails. Truly shameful to take advantage of elderly. Truly rude to not respond to repeated emails and calls. The next step will be small claims court if there is no resolution. The amount of money is not the issue, but it is the principle at this point. Duplicitous lies impel me to take action and follow through on this shameful treatment of my elderly parents.

      I rented a unit at this facility. Found that vagrants were knowingly allowed to live in units. Found the environment was not safe and that the staff were allowed to get drunk on the premises while at work were customers could hear drunk rants and fights occur. Wound up leaving well before my rent was die again do to circumstances including extension cords being used to power electric heaters in the units with left me feeling my belongings could have been destroyed by fire or lost to theft. The owner was very irresponsible when addressing my complaints and did not offer an apology or a refund.

      This company moved me last Saturday Sept 30. They were 6 hours late and they agreed to provide a discount and waive some fees. They have not provided me with a final cost sheet but charged my debit card for the full amount of our quote. I asked them to Not use my debit card for final and wanted to pay with a different method. They are not returning my calls. Can you help? *******************************

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
