Dr. ********************** Blasi offers a program, that will change YOU and your life. I started this program on August 9th, and it ended on Feb 9th. and paid ****** for it. She offers, Detox, nutrition, fitness, hormones and mentoring. she teaches these pillars of health. She offers one on one counseling about your personal concerns about your health. Mine was a deep look into my hormones and she or her other Doctor on staff never addressed my main concern, and they both new that I have and had questions about my hormones. So, what I got for my ****** was 15 modules that contained prerecorded video's (all stuff you can find on the internet) , 6 zoom calls with the doctors each 30 minutes long, and 2 zoom calls a nutritionist, and 2 blood draws. then they encourage you to attend other zoom calls during the week to visit with other people on the program, also some supplements as well. This was not even worth *****. she needs to refund my money. Please help me,Business response

This patient attended an initial evaluation with Dr. *********************** where our program was outlined for her with the cost and what is included/length of time. This patient then agreed and signed documentation agreeing to enrollment of this program, and that there is no guarantee of results, as it is dependent upon patient cooperation and ability to integrate the recommendations. We have official chart notes from the beginning of her program about how happy she was, but over time seemed to become upset that her concerns were not addressed, even though we feel we addressed them. We really wanted to make this right for her, but she did not seem to be in a state to accept further help. Since then, she has written negative reviews about us on social platforms, which is hurtful given the efforts we made and the discrepancies we feel that there are in her reviews. Since receiving the BBB complaint, we reached out to her directly and offered to communicate over the phone to come to positive resolution. She declined phone conversation as she was too upset. We have since tried to offer more than half of her money back to make things right, but have not yet reached resolution as she has currently stopped communicating. We did provide and pay for all of the services she has outlined in this complaint, so we are unable to refund her in full as we did have a lot of costs on our end. We are always open and willing to communicate with her directly to make things right, should she choose to engage with us.
