When trying to see the total, with a discount code applied, ShopPay popped up the moment I was entering information and I clicked submit on the 3rd party service by accident. I immediately tried to cancel the order by emailing. There is no phone number listed on the website. I googled the company and called a phone number listed and left a message. The order processed anyway, and I was out $615. I filled a claim with my bank a few days later. The product did arrive after the claim was processed. I figured Id wait to be contacted, get Atibal to email me a label and ship it back. Order was placed on Oct 31st. I heard nothing from the company until Nov 17th. The owner, ***********************, found an email with a charge back. ***** began calling at 11:42am. ***** left one voicemail, but called 12 times between 11:42am and 2:24pm. ***** also sent multiple texts. I work nights, so I was asleep while ***** was blowing up my phone.
