Holiday Inn charged me a fee after I already booked online through a 3rd party paying $191.40. I was charged $75 for incidentals which were none and another $128.84 for the same room I already paid in full for.This company is just a complete scam. They use the hotel web page and make you think you are booking with them directly. Then you click to pay a certain amount (in my case $124). When you get your confirmation you see they charge you a ton extra (for me $191.40). They claim this were taxes. They are refusing to return funds to my credit card.Initial Complaint

On 12/30/2023, Holiday Inn Express in Surprise ** charged an extra fee of $250.00 for room damage. Marking on blanket smaller than a *****. Only found out about this fee at check out. Desired resolution is to reverse the $250.00
