5 of my neighbors have put new roofs on their homes in the last few months. I wanted my roof checked out. I made an appointment with ALL ABOUT ROOFING to come and give my roof a look.*************************** arrived on July 26th and went up and took pictures of the roof. **** said I definitely had hail damage. He showed me pictures of my roof. He then asked if I would like him to help me submit my claim on line. I agreed. I gave him my ******** Policy number. When he finished he handed me his tablet and asked me to sign the form asking ******** to send an appraiser to check out my roof. The tablet had no writing on it. My roommate was sitting there this whole time listening to our conversation. She agrees this is what happened. I received notification from the HARTFORD that their appraiser would be here on 8/7/23. I called them and told *********************** that I did not want any roofer sent any information, that I would handle that my self, JC showed up with the appraiser for the inspection. I had had a hysterectomy for cancer on 8/3 and this was 8/7. The appraiser told me I would hear from the insurance company in a week to 10 days. He did not work for the Hartford, but was contracted by them to appraise roofs. On August 17th All ABOUT ROOFING called me at 4:00 PM to let me know that they had received a check to do my roof and needed me to sign it. I told them that I had not signed a contract with them, and I did not have a copy of any contract. On my demand they then sent me a 2 page statement that I supposedly signed. I told then that I was not signing it as I had not signed a contract with them They then told me that I would need to pay them 25% of the check they have in hand to release me from the contract that I had signed. They have refused to sign off on my roofing. Can you help me.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

We paid $11,500 in September of 2021 to have All About Roofing refelt our roof after a large storm in the area left us with inside leaks. We were told by both the project manager and the director of operations that the crew was supposed to "pepper in" the new tiles as needed because they wouldn't match the old ones. Instead we discovered about a month ago that they put all the new tile in one spot on the roof so it looks like an ugly patch job. I reached out to the company and was told by the director of operations that they were supposed to pepper it in and she was sorry they hadn't and she'd talk to the manager about getting a crew out to fix it. A month has gone by and I haven't been able to get ahold of them on the phone or via email until this morning when I was told "it's been too long" and "you were told the tiles wouldn't match." I reminded **** of our previous conversation, how long it's been, and that she told me during the previous phone call that they were supposed to pepper the new tiles in and she said she'd have the general manager call me. The ** never called. I want a crew to come out and fix the tiles so they are peppered in as we were told they would be so that my HOA doesn't fine me for having mismatched tiles and if I ever go to sell the house, the new owners don't think there was a leak I didn't disclose. I want All About Roofing to do what they said they were going to so my roof doesn't look like c***

I can inform you we have been out to this property multiple times to correct the tiles. Everything has been corrected. She's complaining the tiles don't match but she knew that before the project began as the old tile on her roof is no longer made.
