  I drove my 67 Camaro to ****** who took the ignition apart dropped the steering column claiming to diagnose wiring. he was a rude clown that lied to my face claiming the car needs a complete new wire harness at over $4000.00. i told him I wanted to take the car to another shop and to putt he car back to the way it was when i bought the car to him as he never stated in writing he would disassemble anything and leave parts he broke along with missing parts dangling in the car. I told him i was calling a tow truck and than he called his employees over and told them he didn't give a "expletive F -word " what happened to my car after his employees pushed into alley behind the shop. This is the worst experience i have ever encountered at any service shop. With no assistance from the shop I had to push the car quite a distance to get it onto a tow truck. The rudeness and sheer lack of integrity is what i'm writings this report about. ****** went all out to try and **** me off ad he stole ****** in labor time with no permission from me what so ever.

  December 31st, 2022, transaction date $915.91 amount paid to business.This business states on the receipt that it has a warranty on new parts which is what was installed on my vehicle. the parts have since failed and the business is refusing to honor the warranty and refusing to touch my truck. they do not want me back on their property. I did nothing wrong other than the manager being upset cause he got caught ripping me off after I called a place where he ordered parts that I didn't need. He was cussing me out and calling me names. I asked him if i was gonna get good breaks put on and he stated that we dont put cheap stuff on peoples vehicles and that our product is good quality and lasts. then he tried to say that i wanted the cheapest brakes and i stated that i want the best possible within my price range. he told me that even with what i was going to be paying that the brakes woud be good quality. m My brakes have since failed and are grinding and squealing. the business has not committed to resolve or do anything to help me and stated that they will not give my money back or work on my vehicle. This company is very unprofessional and does not treat customers right. when i wanted to speak to the owner, they refused to talk to me. i was trying to talk to the owners in regards to the manager and how i was treated and ripped off and they never called me to try and resolve the issue. The repair order number is *******. I also was also told a price of $861. ******* arrived he told me that it would be $915. This place is a scam and i dont ever want to go back there for anything ever again. I do not trust them at all. Very disrespectful and rude and dont care about ripping you off. I just want my money back and to have work done at a company that is not gonna take advantage of me. brakes should last at least a minimum of 2 yrs give or take. Mine are failing within 4 months.

  Hello this is ********************* I'm the manager on duty and was told by Mr ****** what he wanted to pay we gave him the best possible options available at the time he was here we stopped work on his truck and explained to him that he required added parts that was not part of the estimate He became enraged & abusive stated he was going to smear our name not pay ** and he has stated he was going to sue ** and He as done this before He left with any warranty if he would look at his receipt he would know this We have never been treated so badly by any customer He has already tried to charge back the amount that he has not paid them for yet as well We DONT WANY HIS BUSSINESS AND WE DONT HAVE A WARRANTY WITH THIS CUSTOMER PERIOD

  I was not rude at all. I was upset at the way i was treated by this manager who was cussing at me and calling me names. There is a warranty as it states on the receipt and they are refusing to honor it. This company has no integrity and should not be in business. They are lying. So i have brakes that are bad and didnt hold up to the companies standard and now im out $915.00. My brakes didnt even last 4 months. They are grinding and sqealing. This is ridiculous. I have never been treated this bad by a company to where i was ripped off and cussed out. I never once cussed back or said derogatory things towards the manager. So sad that this is how alot of businesses are now adays. No integrity and ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  We are not going to respond to any more response as there is no resolution that will ever make this customer happy and we are not going to use the BBB as a sounding board  Thank you  Tell us why here...

  What will make me happy is that i get my money back for a crappy job that was done. You have no integrity and like to s**** people over. I want my money back for my brakes already failing. This business is a joke and is the way they treat people is so uncalled for. Absoluetly makes me sick. Now i have to drive around with unsafe brakes because your product had already failed within 3 months. Just give me all my money back which is $915.00 and i will be happy and you will never hear from me again.
