I placed order #***** at Mrmoparts.com on July 18, 2023 for $132.46. I checked the website and tried calling Mrmoparts.com multiple times in mid August 2023 requesting a status update for my order. I was never able to reach anyone at Mrmoparts.com. Finally I submitted an email request to cancel the order on August 22, 2023, since I could not reach the company by phone. The email is attached. I also submitted a dispute to ***************** Because Mrmoparts.com never responded to my phone calls or emails, I ended up purchasing the items from another reputable vendor. On September 20, 2023, I received an email stating the order had been shipped in spite of my requested cancellation. This email is also attached.The order arrived more than two months after it was placed!I do not want the order that arrived at my mailbox on September 23, 2023. I would like a full refund of my $132.46 plus the cost to return the items shipped to me after cancelling the order.
