My husband and I have been Tmobile customer since 2009. We have had issues with them but they have attempted before to resolve the issues never to our satisfaction but with how busy life is we haven't switched yet. Recently, started getting charged almost double because my firefighter benefit wasn't properly checked so I called and they asked me to transfer the account from under my husband's name, *******************************, to mine, *************************. I was also told to add a line to get a discounted device by $800. Since then, I have been still charged for the device. I called several times and every time they tell me something different and last time they said they never even had the offer. I am still getting charged over 170 or 180 dollars monthly while my bill should be $90. They keep on dragging my calls, putting me on hold, etc. I have spent several hours on the phone to resolve the issues to no avail. I had people sometimes hang up on me, others be disrespectful and dismissive and it has cost me a lot of stress. The last time I talked to them they insisted I needed to return a device that I have not received a label for and I was not to worry about before. I am not factoring in the refund the stress and how frustrating the whole process has beenBusiness response
