I ordered 2 hoodies from this company on 2/24/23.The order arrived on 3/11/23. However the package only had 1 of the 2 hoodies I ordered.I emailed their customer service email ******************************** with a picture of the package before I opened it, as the package looked small and I knew there was only 1 sweatshirt in it. I asked for them to ship the missing hoodie or refund it.I have repeatedly emailed that email address asking for a resolution. I also contacted the owner on instagram (darkhorse_lionheart). On 3/20/23, he responded on Instagram by telling me that the person responsible for checking emails had been fired as they weren't doing their job and asked me what the problem was with my order and gave his word he would handle it. I detailed the problem, and he has not gotten back to **** have not received any resolution or acknowledgement of the issue since I have been communicating the issue with the company since 3/11/23. I am still looking for the company to refund the amount of the sweatshirt or ship it.
