Package was sent via DHL express from ******* to *******. It arrived in ***** and was stuck in customs for two weeks. I live 200km from ***** and fours days after being cleared from customs, the package still hasnt arrived.DHL claims it is on hold in ********DHL customer ********************** is completely AI driven and is worthless.I suspect my package has been stolen, but there is no way to report it.DHL Express Response

This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for! They "promote" within however only if you fit within their agenda. If you are an individual with a moral compass, then you are SOL. They will make SURE you are silenced. I tried to make lateral moves within the company and go up and they denied me either way I went. Crazy accusations were made about me, I was denied based off the "opinions" of others and they created a persona of me. When I spoke out against these accusations, they shut me down. They wanted to give me a mentor to "help" with the bad image that they created. Another employee made up lies about me and then they promoted her and asked me to not speak of what she did again after her and I "Talked" it out. I was fired on my day off based off complaints that were made about me. I was never informed of an investigation, I was never written up, given a warning. Nothing! If you are willing to rollover and accept unethical things being done then this is the place for you! If not I wouldn't even attempt it.DHL Express Response

For an entire week all my notifications from DHL said Friday delivery. Even on Friday, when I called DHL, the representative said, it can still be delivered today. I asked, where's my notification that it's out for delivery? No show, no delivery and DHL has no idea where it's at or when it will be delivered. Unfortunately, I didn't choose to use DHL. ????DHL Express Response

A delivery driver did not attempt to deliver my package or contact me two days in a row. I was advised to watch the truck's progress online, which I did. I went outside my building to where the truck was supposedly located and it was not there. When I contacted customer ********************** several times, they claimed that nothing could be done and I'd have to pick it up. No attempts were made to deliver the package.DHL Express Response

Horrible Service! Our package finally arrived 5 days later than promised. Their message is always: delivery Tomorrow by End of Day, forcing you to stay home all day! It is very difficult or near impossible to speak to a DHL customer ********************** **** The online service can only say "your package will be delivered soon". Never again would I use DHL and I'll make sure my friends won't either.DHL Express Response

First I was told by email that my package was out for delivery. Later that day I received another email saying they needed the access code to deliver. There is no access code. After going through their so called customer ********************** chat we agreed that delivery would be the next day. Once again email informed me that my address didn't exist!so delivery couldn't be made. Once again I contacted CS to review my delivery address. Same address on package, same address for years. Again ** stated my delivery would be made on a new day. I hope but have zero faith in this assurance. Why can't I speak to a Human instead of chatting online.Terrible service, terrible CS.DHL Express Response

If I could give 0 stars I would. I authorized a no signature/no contact delivery and provided the gate code for my delivery. On Tuesday 10/29 I tracked the driver as he was nearby, only to find out the driver decided not to leave the package as instructed. To prevent this from happening again, I changed the address to a pick up partner location (Postal Annex). On Wed 10/30 I tracked my package. Per tracking, it was out for delivery since 12:17pm and would be delivered on 10/30. The business closes at 6pm. I contacted DHL customer ********************** several times expressing my concern and was told to track the driver and wait for it to be delivered. I reiteratedthe business closes at 6pm. At that time it was 5:30pm already and it still had not been delivered. Of course, 6pm comes, the pick up location closes and still no package. Ive chatted with at least 3-4 DHL **** expressing the importance of this package to arrive on time. Only to get the absolute worst customer ********************** Ive ever experienced in my life. Now tracking says, The shipment will be reallocated to a courier in the next available delivery cycle. What does that even mean?! Where is my package!?DHL Express Response

if I could, I would give DHL Canada a rating of 0. Their service is abysmal, and customer ********************** is equally terrible. My package has been sitting at their hub for days, scanned in the morning and update status in the app but no delivery. Ive called customer ********************** multiple times, and they always assure me it will be delivered tomorrow, but that never happens. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that someone would call me within two hours, but that never occurred either. To make matters worse, their live chat feature doesn't work properly and constantly crashes. I also used their service years ago to deliver important and time-sensitive documents, and they ended up delivering those documents to the wrong person in a different city. Stay away from this company!I wrote this review 2 days ago on ******, but still my package has not been delivered.DHL Express Response
