Cleaners on demand this response is not true I sent you the only cash app I have .. I sent screen shot .. You sent it wrong , and also you only sent me 40$ for 5 1/2 hr of work .. blocked my number immediately when I ask when you were going to pay me .. still have not been paid .. I even ask from a different pH number just so I could get thru to you . I have requested payment from my cash app . So how could you get it wrong . You sent it to my cash app and quickly took it you are lying and I want my pay .. can you at least pay me ? My cash app one more time is $teffvalenciano01. Please ... I need it . And it kinda is your companies problem . I don't work for free... PleaseReview from Stephanie V

This lady is an absolute fraud , the review I just read was accurate. I found her on th3 internet asking for help . Of coarse I made mistake of calling her . I showed up at the 2 bedroom large townhouse . It had never been cleaned before . So I cleaned 3 hours just on bathrooms I cleaned for a total of 5 1/2 hours . Before I left I called her to ask how I was getting paid . She told me cash app . The man at apartment paid 140$ to her .. she kept telling me she would pay me shortly, and ***** took advantage of me because I should have only done a basic quick cleaning .. ***** WANTED me to do everything I done .. basically she said I should have just swept n vacuum and go .She sent 40$ to cash app then canceled it real quick 40 $ she said she was paying me 18 to 20 an hr . I Never got paid and she blocked my number and my husband's number . This is wrong I worked very hard . I told her I was staying in hotel and needed money to pay it before they made me leave she said it wasn't her problem ... I was locked out of room with no where to go .. I could have went to work somewhere else that paid .. this is wrong .

How is this company still scamming people out of money? $25 deposit via Zelle to Princess plus the Groupon purchase. Shame on me for not reviewing the business. But the reviews on Groupon seemed legit. And when you need a service done, you expect what you pay for. Not getting your money stolen!! Communication to schedule the appointment was great. Once they got the Zelle deposit, it stopped and no appointment was scheduled. STOP THIS COMPANY!!Cleanerz On Demand.com LLC Response

I'm sorry for the mix up *******. How were you scammed if we have a cleaning on Thursday 9/22/2022 at 3 pm? I don't understand we have a full thread of 18 emails and text messages where you were responded to with no issue so I don't understand where this is coming from at all.Review from brittany s

A million times, NO! Run, this company is terrible. I am convinced they are looking to scam people into buying the groupon, then turning away service to them until its too late to get a full refund back to your card. By the time this BS happen, my only option was a groupon credit. I dont know how it all works on the backend for groupon, but im sure cleanerzondemand got some money from it and they did absolutely nothing. They are worthless.We saw their move out clean Groupon and called prior to purchasing to make sure we were in the service area and that we would qualify for the groupon. I called and spoke with Princess who took all our info and confirmed the apartment size and location was good to go. I asked her if I needed to purchase the groupon and call her back with the code to hold the appointment, to which she said no we will get it when we come to clean We scheduled for June 29th at 3:30. A few days leading up to the appointment I hadnt received any type of appt confirmation, so Monday before the appointment I called to try and confirm. I got a vm, and left a message. Getting no call back I called again Tuesday(the day before our clean) and spoke with princess who again confirmed the address and confirmed it for Wednesday at 3:30.Come Wednesday I loaded up the kids and drove the hour back to the apartment to be there to let the cleaners in. 15 mins past the appointment time and I had no one there, and no call to say they were delayed or to be given any update. I called and got Princess. I tell her hey, we have the 3:30 appointment and no one is here, what's the eta. She sounded incredibly confused asking 3:30 today? sounding shocked. I tell her yes, we just spoke yesterday to confirm and again give her my address. She mumbled and fumbled in the background before saying basically it was a glitch with their scheduling system, and I wasn't on the schedule at all. She tells me she has no one in my area to come tonight and asks If my keys are due to
