This business has repeatedly charged a holiday fee for holidays that had passed months ago. The first was for the 4th of July, that was overlooked and charged in November on top of another holiday thanksgiving and Black Friday, then another fee for Christmas and one more for new years. Totaling just under $400, which was paid January ****. Now Ive received an invoice for $110 that was for new years that has already been paid. An employee has since harassed me and my family today 01-08-****, yelling obscenely offensive words in front of my toddlers and infant. This is completely unacceptable, and was reported to management to which no action or resolution was given. This woman stood in front of my moving vehicle and struck my windows yelling at me and my husband in front of the children, it was highly inappropriate and unsafe. There has to be some repercussions for this kind of behavior.

On November 14, 2023, I stopped by Sunrise Preschool at approximately 2 pm to talk to the Director ************************* about a Direct Deposit Form that needs to be redone for the Army Fee Assistance Program to be approved through Childcare of America. I was also there to find my son mattress cover and blanket that they misplaced. When I arrive, I spoke to the Assistant Director *******************. She told me that either me or my wife had to pick up the belongings on Thursday since he had an accident that day during nap time. She talked to the educators in the facility and said it was picked up last Thursday. I checked the sign in roster and seen that I was the one that picked him up and not my wife on Thursday. I told her I have no reason to lie and please don't tell me we picked it up when we didn't. I asked her to check the camera and she responded she will do it when she has time with an attitude. This was the third time they misplaced my son belongings (water bottle, mattress covers, clothes, blankets).I walked outside to talk to my son educator and said she has not seen the belongings. I walked back inside the facility and was greeted by the Director *************************. I said hi and asked her if they have found my son belongings. She responded with a No and I replied "That's It". As soon as I said that, she yelled don't talk to me like your my daddy. She also stated that "Just because you wear an Army uniform, you think you can do what you want". I felt very offended and attacked the moment she said this. I been in ******************* for the past 14 years with 2 Combat Deployments and Overseas Tour to be disrespected like this. I wear my uniform because that is my daily duty uniform. I told her that I will be reporting this incident and call the ********************* to file a police report for her being prejudice. I left due to my duty as a Station Commander for my station in Mesa. My wife arrived and texted me that they found the belongings that they misplaced.

I am a ****** parent and utilized sunrise preschools in 2019. I recently learned that in 2021 sunrise sent me to collections for a $26 bill on one of my ****** children. Sunrise never contacted me regarding this matter and I had no idea. There was an outstanding balance of $26. I would like proof that I did not pay my account, and that ********************** tried to contact me in order to gain this money. If they are unable to provide proof that they sent me some kind of notification before sending me to collections, I would like them to immediately contact the credit bureau and correct the damage they have done to my report for over two years.I would also like proof that this company sends families to collections over $26. If they are unable to prove that they tried to contact me or bill me for this matter, I want them to immediately take care of the situation.

I receive childcare assistance through DCS with a $0 copay for both of my children. I receive this assistance because I qualify for it due to low income and cannot afford to pay out of pocket for child care assistance. This daycare center continuously tries to charge me out of pocket fees for the days that my children DO NOT come to daycare because the state wont cover over 5 missed days per month.. They dont allow me to bring my children until I pay and they call me almost every single day with a new complaint about my child and for me to come and pick her up. They say things like she has diarrhea, is turning blue and having trouble breathing, or has a high fever but has none of this when I get to her or before I drop her off When I pick her up early they are still being paid for the entire day. Ive never heard of this days missed policy before enrolling them into this specific daycare center. I am aware of the ability that daycare centers have to charge late fees, but not for days missed when the state is paying for the full amount of tuition.. This daycare center is contracted with the state to receive payment and should not be charging their DES recipients on the side for anything other than late fees, especially when the children did not even receive care on the days that they are charging for.. They bring me so many inconveniences and dont allow me to take care of the business that I need to because they refuse to do their jobs that they are being paid for by the state regardless.

I had scheduled a tour with this location as well as *************************** 6th. Upon speaking with ***** the director informing her my son was special needs and not potty trained she informed me that her program wouldn't be the best for my son. After this conversation I canceled both tours. Upon being informed by the health department of ******* that no child care facility nor public or charter that hold licenses by the department are supposed to put kids not potty trained in younger classes or not accept them into their program as their are policies in place that address this. This is not a discrimination complaint for the BBB I will file that with *** as I know my rights. This is to communicate the issue to the corporation. Anyway last week on Friday I had a scheduled tour after finding out the director misinformed me, to not allow my son into the program, and we meet with the asset director. Who did the tour and upon the tour we were informed my son didn't need to be potty trained as a teacher there in the threes classroom has kids not potty trained and there was availability. I was informed when leaving that she would email me enrollment paperwork and she never did. I contacted the director ***** Monday asking if she was going to send the email. No response I contacted the *** and they transfered me to the center after me informing them of this situation in whole. The asset director informed me I was on a waiting list and she would send a enrollment at the time I'm called. The director wasn't there so I was told. I asked how would parent snow there on a waiting list and she told me she had my information from the tour and she'll call people as they toured. It didn't sound right I called the *** back to ask if they could see availability and stated both centers did have availability everytime I contacted the ***. The woman informed me she didn't see me on a waitlist but she seen I toured, she contacted the school and shortly after I received a wait list email.
