Light Brothers moved my furniture from ******************** to ******************************************************* on 7/9/24. There were 3 men who helped with the move. Unfortunately, my 65 in. ********** was damaged as a result of the move. ****** was mounted to the wall at 3471, taken off of the wall mount by Light Brothers, carried into their truck, and transported to my new location at ****************************** ****** worked flawlessly at my previous residence and when I plugged in the tv at the new residence, the picture was similar to watching with blurred/ double vision and a shaky picture. I contacted Light Brothers via text and calls and asked what their policy to repair / replace the tv and this was not resolved on many levels. I asked to speak to the owner of the company several times via text to ******* and never received his / her information. I asked ******* to share their specific policy / insurance coverage, etc. with this type of issue, and never received a direct answer but received deflection that there was an issue with my tv that was out of their control. ******* also asked ******* to look at the tv and try to resolve the issue by adjusting settings, which did not work. He then took possession of the tv on 7/19/24 to attempt to open the tv and repair loose connections, etc. This did not solve the issue either (he still has possession of the tv) and there has not been an offer to cure / resolve the issue. On 7/22/24, ******* sent a text in which she offered, "I can speak to him (*******) and try and find you another tv for a great price." *******'s last text stated, if the damage was caused by physical mishandling, they would be liable. I am contending that the tv worked perfectly prior to the move and then it didn't after the move. I didn't want to file a complaint but the lack of communication to attempt to resolve this issue, not being able to speak to the owner / decision maker, and not receiving some sort of offer/ concession is a poor way to run a business.Initial Complaint

Paid $900 to a horrible, no ethic and dishonest company on 3/26 they were supposed to charge $500 for two men and 4 hours to move less than 10 pieces of furniture and some bags and boxes. It ended up taking 9 hours because it was all on one man. The other man that came was a drunk/addict. He left the job to go to the liquor store, they both smoked weed on the job, they were late to pickup and dropoff sites, they didnt wrap all items as they promised and they didnt move at the speed of light as they promise either. Broke tons of my furniture. Owner acted like he was sorry and would work with me but has disappeared. Not responding to texts or calls. A horrible moving experience. They also broke both my doors
