This is what *** had to deal with so far with this ************* since March 16, 2024.I bought a gray 2007 Saturn Sky that ran for 3 days and 20 miles before it wouldn't run at all and had to be towed back to their lot.My mechanic checked the car and stated it ran like a car with 120k miles on it, and not the 49k miles like it shows on the odometer.Az Specialty Motors charged me for license plates, taxes, and fees, and they kept the money. The car was never registered to me and the license plate was never mailed to me.They charged me $700 for *** insurance and they kept that money in their pocket as well. I confirmed with the *** insurance company that AZ Specialty Motors never took out a policy on my behalf.This shady place not only has the defective Saturn Sky in their possession, they have my money for the loan, the license plate and taxes, and the money for the *** insurance for a policy that doesn't exist. Need I say more???

DO NOT BUY VEHICLES FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN LIED TO, SWINDLED, TOLD THING WERE PAID FOR BY THEM ON MY BILL OF SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT THAT THEY ARE NOW GOING BACK ON AND NOT PAYING,,,,I ALSO AM AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS "FLOATING" MONEY BETWEEN TRANSACTIONS SALES OF VEHICLES ...THE OUTCOME BEING YOU WILL HAVE ONE HUGE DELAY ON RECIEVING THE ***** TO THE VEHICLE YOU HAVE PURCHASED!!!! I AM VERY SUPRISED THAT THE *** AND DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE HAS NOT LAUNCHED AN INVESTIGATION INTO THIS BUSINESS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!! I WOULD NOT EVEN RATE THIS BUSSINESS WITH ONE STAR BUT I HAVE TO JUST SO I CAN LEAVE THIS REVIEW!

I bought a Vehicle from this Dealer in January 2022. I was lied to about how many Owners the Vehicle had. I asked and they told me, Just 1 beside me. They even gave me a, Letter from, Supposedly, from the only other Owner ? I am trying to sell the same Vehicle and I am having problems. The Auto Check report says it has had 6 owners including me. The Car Fax report says the same thing !! I am very unhappy. I dont like being Lied to !! Unbelievable.

***DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT***They sold me a 2006 Modified Mustang GT, that WILL NOT PASS SMOG!!Totally illegal in the state of Arizona. The car is tuned to 93 Octane Fuel and does not run properly. They of course didn't have any gas in the vehicle for a legitimate test drive. Speaking with ***********************, I thought he was going to make this right. He was going to get the vehicle retuned so none of these issues occur and the READY Monitors reset. But now, he has changed his tune, after talking with one of his OWNERS named AL. AL is a real peach, wait until you get to speak with him. He don't like cuss words. Told me don't talk to him, like I do my wife. YET, he has no problem, breaking the law to sell a car. A man of such morals and high caliber, can't cuss, but can put you through stress like you have never seen. They have kept me sitting home for two days, waiting for a tow. AGAIN NOW THIS MORNING. This car, in a three hour drive yesterday, used $25 dollars worth of gas!! Incredible. The right brakes were not working at all, because of so much air in the line. I have been unable to work, since purchasing this car!! I have been trying to reverse my car purchase since, 12/5/2021, 3 days after I bought the car. Over the weekend driving the car is when I realized ALL THE PROBLEMS. The brake fluid was burnt up!! The car was unsafe!! Originally I was going to drive the car to tuner. NOW, they wish to take the car out of my possession so I have no idea what they are doing. BOTTOM LINE is, they DO NOT INSPECT CARS. My trade was for sale on the site, in under three hours from the time I left the dealership. They sold this car to me, with all READY MONITORS SHOWING NOT READY. Of course they lied about why they are not showing ready. I receive two different versions from two different people. There is nothing Specialty about this place folks. STEER CLEAR. Oh and they bought up my interest rate two points too, after telling me the deal was solid, because they spoke with bank Manager. This deal could easily be reversed....Easily. But they enjoy making things a true hardship for consumers and car buyers. Folks, no one should have to go through this, buying a car. I was honest about my trade condition, credit, ability to finance and everything else. Unfortunately there are dishonest people in this world. AND everyone I have spoken to so far here, is just that. Hey ****, will my vehicle ever pass smog??? You expect me to put in $25 dollars of gas everyday to go under 40 miles? YOU SOLD ME A LEMON!! They kept using word pristine for this car. It looks good on the outside, that is where the PRISTINE part ends. All they care about is turning cars, not being honest or a respectable business. If they did, I would be back in my trade and they would do the legal thing and fix this car, so it could pass smog and run right PRIOR to the sale. It's the law folks. You have to have smog in place BEFORE you sell it. Not after!!THEY will literally lie and tell you anything to buy the car. Great guys all during the sale. Then when you have a problem, like them breaking the law.Then watch them change instantly before your eyes. My Ford Engineer tuner friend knows the solution, but they don't want to spend any money to make this right.They don't want to make it right. They want lawyers. AL even told me they deal with "people like me" all the time. I asked "people like me"? He refused to answer. This man was so obtuse and abrasive, I finally just quit speaking to him, making him feel like he won. But no AL, we did not agree on anything during that call.Folks we have rights. Contact ADOT. Contact Maricopa County DA's office, for their crimes. Contact ALL NEWS channels Investigative reports programs. Don't let this establishment win.I have lost over $700 in wages awaiting this car to be picked up. But they are so inept at their jobs, they cannot even coordinate a tow service........
