      I was sold a lemon. They gussied up the engine knowing the head gasket was blown.I paid DOUBLE the price of the vehicle only to lose the engine in 6 months. I took care of that ****** so upset with myself for trusting Drivetime. I suggest EVERYONE to not deal with this company.

      When to *********************** location last night and was not happy how the woman. Took care of me and my dad right. She was very unorganized and was rude and some point about things. My son had better Experience going to the drive time in ****** oh back in march 2024 got *** soul never had problem with yet and we got 2021 ***** Trailblazer last night and love

      Bought a vehicle less than 30 days ago. Transmission was slipping after 6 days, engine light came on, oil was leaking, tried to see about getting into another vehicle, everyone that answered the phone at drive-time said that customer relations would help me get into something else, or out of the contract. I called customer relations and they were very nasty about it and said no they dont do that. Finally got my vehicle into pep boys who laughed and said guessing you got this from Drive Time as well as This is a common occurrence we see with their vehicles issues are so extensive that silver rock said it needs to go to the actual *** dealership to be fixed. Silver Rock cant tell me if they will cover it, and GMC is saying it will be a week they need the car before they can even tell drive time and silver rock what needs to be done so I know if I will have a car.

We regret to hear of any mechanical concerns our customer has experienced and the frustrations this caused. Please know that we make every effort to prevent mechanical malfunctions by inspecting each of our vehicles before transporting them to our sales lots. However, since our vehicles are pre-owned, we are unable to predict exactly if or when these issues may arise. For this reason, we provide a 30-day, 1,500-mile warranty and offer our customers the option to purchase an additional protection plan. It is important for our customers to know that if the repairs needed on the vehicle are determined to be non-covered components, they would be considered the customers cost of ownership. In addition to these coverages, we offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP), which allows our customers the opportunity to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. If they are not pleased with their vehicle, they can bring it back within the first 5-business days (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays). That said, we apologize once more for our customer's dissatisfaction with our **********************.       I was there from 11 am to almost 10pm but I left with a car and when I did finally get a salesmen he was very helpful
