Hello my name is Josannio Pacheco and im here to state that I been in contact with Mr. Bedoya the entire duration of this event. He stated that I initially put the hvac unit in sometime early july due to him saying it stopped working around the 6th or 7th which is a lie. See invoice for correct date which was july 11th 2023. Any how he was aware I am not a licensed contractor 100% he Is friend of family and he was aware. I have text messages of proof of direct contact. I was offering to come at 8:00pm which is not to late for my work field. And the gas was complete. I just didn’t release the valve due to being very tired and told Mr Bedoya why. He understood due to me coming back in winter to check on it anyways. Part of instal agreements. I just wanted to double check my work. And the cancellation on the 15-16-17-18 totally not true as well. Both jobs were complete only thing lest I was sending my attic repair to close off article entry due to us having to trim a little to pull equipment in and out. See in pics via text. I told him I can get there on the 18th to fix repair he said no he is going with other company and wants to be reimbursed full amount. I apologize for all this. Thank you for your time.

I have had to pay someone else to fix the new a/c lines which I was told by another company was leaking gas, this work should be under warranty, as the units started failing within the first month of installation, I have paid more than $2,200 to another company for repair work and recharging of the system after having these new units installed, Josiano Pacheco had continuously failed to keep his , appointments with me which why I had to choose someone more reliable , he should reimburse me for the extra costs I have to pay for his and/or technicians faulty work

Hello. So I’m not denying the fact he paid some one else to do repair. I’m just upset that I made attempts to fix problem in my end. From as late as 8pm to as early as 5am following morning but he said that he will just have another company go out. I completed gas line nothing else needed. As for communication I called several times and even sent text messages but he still tried third party communication. I have not avoided him in any way I actually live 8 min from him and though we created a great bind through out many years. I been there late before trying to fix old units for them and as early as 4am due to him being a landscaper owner. I just don’t understand this all. But I am willing to resolve this by crediting what I think is fair on my cost of repair in the amount of $500.00 and that is half for repair due to gas line was finished and installed. Thank you and I apologize about all this I want to make this right but not get slammed with full amount. And keep him satisfied in some manner. Thank you

The Cool Guy, ******** *******, arrived at my property on 02/18/2021 as sent by my Home Warranty. He arrived at 9:27am per timestamp on home cameras. He was contracted to come repair our dishwashwer, Viking in model. Around 10am, he let me know that he thinks it's the drain pump malfunctioning and he "found one online that would arrive on 2/28." At 10:04 am, he exited the home with the drain pump in his hand to go to his truck because he said "I might have one" and then returned at 10:05 without drain pump and said he did not. I let him know that the 10 day arrival wait for the part was fine, paid him my service fee as well as tipped him for his time. He left my home at 10:18 and said that he would be in contact when the part arrived. On Monday March 7 I attempted to reach Mr. ******* because I hadn't heard from him yet. I received no response via phone or text, though he did read it per imessage. Again, on Friday March 11 I attempted to reach him again, to which he read my message and never responded. At that point I contacted my warranty company. However, because he ran off with the drain pump no other company was able to troubleshoot and/or repair the dishwasher without first replacing it, which was a $500 repair. The warranty company was forced to offer a replacement, after two additional companies were unable to troubleshoot and guarantee that it was in fact the drain pump causing the issue; both thought it was a valve. The amount that the home warranty gave us, which does not remotely cover the cost to replace the new one. I gave Mr. ******* the opportunity to return the Drain Pump to my residence on 03/30 with no questions asked to which again he read my message. Unfortunately, he chose not too and I was forced to spend $2099 + tax on a new dishwasher to replace this due to the THEFT & lack of Professional Business Practices of Mr. *******.

Hello so on this particular complaint I was not authorized for repair by her warranty. Also she called and stated I’m a crook for submitting false info to her warranty. I don not make the final call on her claim. I just go out and diagnose the problem. She then stated I took a part from her home which I did not. So I do not understand all this. I’m getting so much of these I had to stop with the home warranty. Please lmk my next step. Thank you

What a liar! Please see the attached showing that whatever suggested repair he submitted to the home warranty (he said it was the pump), Choice Home Warranty accepted the repair AND set an appointment for him to come out to complete the repair. He never showed up. I NEVER spoke with him on the phone, nor did I leave a message. I attempted to call but he would not accept my call. I sent text messages, to which he never responded, but because it was an I message, I could see that he read them. Had he been a proper businessman and there was a true issue with the home warranty rejecting something, he should have called me. I know that he is only here to diagnose and submit the information, so his story about me telling him he submitted false information is not even true. That would have required communication, there was none. As far as taking the part, the video speaks for itself. He walked out towards his vehicle with the part in his right hand at 10:04:22 am and then returned into home empty handed at 10:05:40 AM so I’m not sure what you’d call it unless it walked in by itself  He didn’t choose to stop working for  Choice either, he was removed from their list of providers because of my complaint as well as many others according to the account manager I spoke with  This is a lost cause as it’s clear he won’t accept any responsibility for his actions and the consequences to us for his lack of professionalism and integrity

Stay far away from this gentleman

August 17, 2021 ******** *******, aka *** ****, from The Cool Guy HVAC/Appliances LLC was sent out to repair an appliance by Choice Home Warranty. He failed the appliance and submitted a claim with the company for a replacement which he said that he does not install. He then said that he was a HVAC specialist and since the house was a new purchase we should service the heating and AC while he was out there and he wouldn't charge the additional service fee and give us a 2 year service agreement for the price of one. We agreed and paid by debit card, per his request. He said he serviced the main system and was to come back to do the mini split. He took pictures of the furnace and said he'd put in a claim with the warranty company for replacement of a part that was likely to go out. The claim was never put in. We contacted him and made numerous appts for him to finish the work but he never kept any of them. He stopped returning my texts or calls. Called from friends phone and he acted as if he never heard of me. Again scheduled an appt and never showed. After doing some investigation, I have not been able to find that the company is licensed in the State of Arizona.

The Cool Guy HVAC & Appliances did the repair work on my heating systems on 12/20/21. I paid $65.00 which is my copayment, but instead of charging $65.00 The technician charged $68.64. I reported this to ******* at ****** **** ********. I was told me Cool Guy will call me and reimburse me for over charge. I did not receive any call from the Cool Guy HVAC & Appliances. The technician was trying to extort money from me, he said if I pay him $300.00 without telling ****** **** ********, he will fix my heating system good. This is extremely unprofessional, unethical and unacceptable behavior. In future I don’t want Cool Guy HVAC & Appliances in my house

Hello to whom this may concern. I was sent out to his residence and he was trying to make me put in another diagnosis other than correct diagnosis. I told him I can’t do that but I can offer a maintenance program for $349.99 that will keep the home warranty off his back that they can Deny any claim with out maintenance. After inspection unit was running a little rough due to lack of maintenance but unit was working with no repair needed. As for the 68.00 charge there is a service fee that needs to be collected before any diagnosis starts. The $3.00 charge was taken from square to process debit or credit and he was aware of the transaction. He was just mad cause I couldn’t do what he wanted. Please let me know if anything else is needed. Also he was mad due to he needs a flood safety switch that his insurance will not cover and that is another 249.99 out of pocket cost.

The cost was covered by ****** **** ********. My copayment was $65.00. The technician was trying to extort $300.00 from me he told me that if I pay him $300.00 without telling ****** **** ******** he will fix the heating system good which is extortion. On the credit card I authorized $65.00 which was my copayment, but he charged $65.64 and failed to send receipt. I want $3.64 refunded to me.

Idk what his problem is but he was aware of the 3.50 charge. It is a processing fee that is use threw debit or credit. Also he is telling me he wants all the money. Again the 349.99 was never charged it is for preventative maintenance which he never purchased. So there is only 3.50 from processing fee how can I submit pic??

Transaction date was 5 / 13 / 2020 in the amount of $399.99 the check #**** was cashed on May 14th (as shown in photo). The cool guy HVAC appliances was going to perform preventive maintenance on my central air AC unit every 6 months for two years with the first one being October 18th 2020. October 18th came and went with numerous text messaging and phone calls. Then ******** ******* stop answering my phone calls in text messaging. I did use my girlfriend's phone to call him, he answered because he didn't recognize the number and replied that he was in court and would get back to me but he never did. I initially came in contact with the cool guys (******** *******) through my home warranty (Choice warranty) to fix my AC unit he replaced condenser on it which I stood there and watched him the whole time. Then I got a call from Choice warranty a day or two later to ask me a few questions they had a list of parts that's The cool guy had changed out that he did not. He claimed that he changed the motor the fan and the belt and a condenser the only thing he did do was to replace the condenser so he was defrauding my home warranty company. My home warranty company did reimburse me $150 of the $399.99 maintenance plan so the balance of refund do to me is $250 and Choice warranty a refund of $150.
