Ive been a loyal customer of ********************************************* for six years, and they are the only shop I trust in town. Recommended by other shops, Bucks always prioritizes the best interest of the vehicle owner. They ensure the safety of the vehicle without cutting corners, using OEM parts even if they cost more. This commitment to quality is why they offer a 24,000-mile and two-year warranty.Bucks stands behind their work, even if it involves fixing mistakes made by others. If they come across damage caused by someone else while repairing your vehicle, they make it right and go above and beyond what is expected. I will never take my vehicle to any other shop. I was charged a 500% mark up on parts ! I could have gone somewhere else and saved $300 But, they were AAA recommended company and thought I could trust them. I will never use them again for anything ! Consumer beware !

This customer had his vehicle towed in and authorized the repairs. We fixed it and afterwards he priced out the parts on Amazon and found cheaper parts so he thinks we ripped him off. His ****** review claimed he would have saved $300 (the parts we sold him totaled $295) so the validity of this complaint is to be taken with the proper grain of salt. I suppose he wanted us to provide him the parts for his car at no cost? The Original Equipment AC Delco parts that we used are certainly going to be priced higher at a retail automotive shop than anyone could find on Amazon. This job was sold at proper pricing and done correctly and the customer shouldn't have had us to the work if he didn't like our pricing.Review from Firooz B
