On May 23, 2018, Eagle Eye Rare Coins agreed to purchase my husband's coin collection for $169,650. Last payment that I received from Eagle eye was July 2, 2020. At this time, he stills owes $79,650. Repeated attempts to receive additional payments has only resulted in repeated promises of checks to be sent but never received. Last communication dated July 21, 2023, **** promised to send me $5000 monthly starting in August 2023 until the debt is paid off. It is now September 1, 2023 and I have NOT received any money nor have I heard from him. To add insult to injury, he also owes my husband, who passed away April 21, 2016 $15,525, which he claims he doesn't owe ,but I have no record of receiving payment from him - which I can have verified thru my credit union. I have tried to be patient, especially during the Covid crisis, but my patience has run out. I am almost 70 years old and would like to have this money repaid - I don't even want to think of how much I have lost in interest because of his poor business management.

Message: I have heard from the business and received a check from them.- - as I stated in an e-mail sent to you on 9-2-23 at 5:38pm EST. I consider the case TEMPORARILY closed - as I do not trust him to honor his obligation to the end.
