This company and owner ****** ******** filed bankruptcy few weeks after receiving two large checks from us and started ignoring us soon after the last check was deposited! Company in general took $265k and did not completed more than 35% of the work he was paid for! Company did not pay subcontractor and told them to put a lien on our property! He sent people to work after he filed to dissolve his company with no intention of paying them! He was paid for 90% of the work and only delivered $35%! He took last check for over 44k from us few weeks closing his business knowing he would not be working there and didn’t pay subcontractors
