I am submitting this claim on be half of my mother Bernadette Gibson. Extensive drywall and stucco repair after emergency plumbing job done by another company. Initial job started December 7 & 8, 2021, cost $1662.70 - Ended January 3, 2022, cost $226.50. Nature of dispute: Poor quality work by Frank. Created holes in the wall sometimes two times larger than the orginal hole in the wall. Did not cover the drywall properly nor the existing texture. We were left both times to clean up after him. American Handyman Service (AHS) has not attempted to resolve the problem. Called and spoke with Herb on December 9, 2021 and January 4, 2022 to express concerns both times and Herb only defended Frank. He did not ask to see photos nor even cared that my mother has used AHS since 2017 for various jobs. Our call was confrontational and Herb laughed and refused to allow me to speak to anyone else about the matter. I have pictures but they're on my phone.
