On August 23, 2022 a landscaping crew was working on my neighbor's yard. I was in my house when I heard glass break and immediately went outside to see the damage. I was met at the fence by a man who had been mowing. He asked if the window broke and when I said yes he told me to get it replaced and he would pay for it. I called Reliable Glass who gave me an estimate the next day. I authorized the repairs and on August 24 I texted a copy of the estimate to MS Landscaping. I received a reply "perfect on Friday I will give you the money." I have texted a reminder several times that I have not received the money and still have not received a reply or money.Customer response

I have heard nothing from MS Landscaping.
