            Owners do not make necessary repairs in timely manner to this 55+ privately owned community. All local utility companies do not come into park to make repairs (as it's a privately owned company), we lease the land our purchased manufactured homes sit on. My complaint is with the owners - Meadows Management and they are out of **********. We have had 3 power outages in the past 6 years (I personally have experienced only one as we are snowbirds) and owners have been aware repairs needed to be made and had no fuses as back up. Saturday 1/8/22 at 1:35 pm power went out to approx. 150 residents of this 55+ park where the median age is 82. Power was not restored until 7:05pm Monday and we were not informed as to what was happening until mid day Sunday by a robo-call (to those of us who have cell phones). Many owners feel the owners of Tucson Meadows are quite negligent and I am pursuing more info on tenant rights. I would like a formal complaint noted at least once for these owners. The park presents well, it's quite lovely, but people should know what to expect beforehand.
