I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the online reservation site Bestairfare. They posted a price on their website, but after waiting 5 hours, I was informed that there was no availability and that they couldnt offer me the advertised price. This caused me to waste valuable time and lose the opportunity to book on another site. It seems to be a recurring practice, where after several hours, prices increase, creating pressure to complete the purchase with them. I am very disappointed by this lack of transparency and professionalism.

I spoke with *** on exactly what I want, he looked for the best way for me to fly to ********** and back from **************, to **********************************, non stop both way. I receive my confirmation number and seats plus, carryon, and personal item for a great price. I check my ticket with United and all is confirmed. I recommend asking for ***, at ext. 115. I just found out that ***** never received a reservation from this company. Delta can see my ticket #'s but it seems Best Air did not complete they process correctly. Pretty much I am screwed out of $1800+ and no tickets!

TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT BOOK! This company defrauded me out of $2,352, and they have been actively avoiding all attempts at contact. Theyve blocked my number, and if I try to call using a hidden caller ID, it goes straight to mailbox is full.I have multiple email chains and phone conversations to prove that whenever I mention the credit Im owed, they make excuses or tell me to call back later. This is clearly a deliberate tactic to avoid honoring their commitments.I am requesting immediate action from the BBB and other consumer protection agencies to investigate and hold this company accountable for their fraudulent behavior. I urge others to avoid being victimized like I was. Im determined to see this resolved and recover the money they stole from me.

Bait and switch beware.I booked tickets online for my husband. After booking I received a call from the telling me that it is just standby and if wanted to fly there were other options. However, those options were all almost twice the price. Now my husband has to fly out of a different airport 70 miles away.because the airport by us would have been more than 2x the fare that I had thought I had paid for. Clearly this is their normal practice and I will NEVER do business. I told the guy that this was bait and switch. Do not do business with this company.

I think even one star is too much for this company. I bought two tickets for roundtrip. The same day I wanted to cancel it, and guess what? BestAirFares held confirmation of the ticket deliberately to prevent cancellation and did not return any money. I think Ive been scammed. I booked a flight in may to ******* with best air fare. I canceled it before the 24 hr deadline and they said they can only give me a credit not a refund. I supposedly got a refund for southwest and one from best air fare. I tried calling best air fare to book another flight they told me I have to use my credit with southwest with southwest. When I called southwest they told me that they dont see any credit issued to me. These reps at best air fare have very strong accents so its a little hard to understand but I think I was ripped off.

After 3 days and not receiving confirmation, I followed up with the customer service representative and was advised the fare had gone from $600 to over $1000. When asked for their corporate address and was provided a residential address.

SCAM! **********************ers beware! THIS IS A BIG SCAM! The price you see during the booking process is NOT the price they will be calling you back to confirm. They deliberately hide all flight restrictions until they have secured your credit card info. The customer service reps call you after they have your payment info then attempt to upsell you and then and only then tell you all types of restrictions. When they were done in order to fly on the same flight I originally booked the fee was more than doubled. The original ticket I paid for was $357, they wanted another $400 to change the flight to be confirmed. Upon speaking to 2 reps and 2 so called managers they try to convince to pay double or your original funds are gone. The 2nd rep I spoke to actually call me and then hung up on me. I had to call back & request a manager. I was told this is a standby reservation. No ticket can be processed yet and I dont have a seat on a booked out flight they claim to want payment for. The other wacky stipulation they throw at you AFTER PURCHASE is that you dont get a E ticket, you have to be at the airport 3-4hours in advance to receive your physical ticket. This is also where you are advised that no carry on is allowed or personal effects. If you attempt to pay for the carryon at the desk my reservation will be cancelled and original ticket fee will still be withdrawn. After speaking to the 3rd person who called me claiming to be the supervisor he said if there was nothing available the reservation will be cancelled and no charge. Hours later another rep calls me under the company names Jasper ********************** allegedly based in ***** , *******, however there seems to be a huge language barrier. Not sure if this is done deliberately. Last but not least, the 5star reviews you are seeing are fake, provided by BESTTICKETFARE.COM AFFILLIATES. THIS IS A BIG SCAM THAT NEEDS TO BE EXPOSED ASAP.
