I have called **** Better twice and emailed them through their website. They are a pet sitting company but have not called me back. They have my house and mailbox keys and I signed a contract with them for pet sitting. I now have no confidence in their services and want to get my both keys back.Business response

Hello, ******* called us on Friday May 19 at 1050 am and left a voicemail. We were out of the office. Her call was returned on Monday May 22 at 4pm. ****** spoke with ******* and found out she had emailed us via the contract us page on our website which was under construction. ****** had a great chat with ******* and let her know that her house key and mailbox key would be left under our welcome mat at our home office on Tuesday morning May 23 at 7am. We had not provided any services to ******* after our initial consultation. She felt that that issue was resolved and she was happy with the call back and key return policy.
It is not our normal practice to not return calls on the same business day but had a couple of client's that required our full attention and felt like a call on Monday would be ok. Her potential dates were not until later June and were not immediate or urgent.
Thank you for reaching out and letting us resolve this minor issue in a quick manner.

The owner of **** Better contacted me by email and text today as unbeknownst to either of us earlier we have a mutual friend who interceded on my behalf. We agreed that I’ll retrieve my house and mail keys from her on 5/23/2023. Therefore I withdraw my complaint.
