The worst company in ****** ******* I do not recommend living at their property ever! The representative in the office on ***** Ave are very rude. Never bother to send documents.ledgers or write out a receipts. Do not recommend living at any of their locations. Never answer or return calls. Person in charge of trailers very rude and disrespectful. I definitely do not recommend living in any of their trailers on ********. Falling apart.Review from Ew M

We are new to Landon Management Services. Our move in process was fairly simple and typical. The rental agent in whom we worked with was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. We have resided in our residence for about a month and have had the opportunity to take a closer look at the condition of this rental. Our family did not move in right away, approximately two months after the initial walk through. Upon closer inspection, several things were apparent. There are simple things that could have been done to fix the rental prior to our move in date. The walls, closets and door frames could have been repainted to remove marks and scuffs from the previous tenant. We have been without a dishwasher for almost a month. The toilets could have been cleaned prior to move in and any leaks/seals taken care of. The floors could have been re-swept. We are mostly satisfied with our initial impressions of LMS and are hopeful that we will continue to work well with this rental company.Review from Ron R

Terrible customer service. Had several issues-a/c not working, dish washer not working, ants everywhere. Took forever to get completed. Was taken advantage of because I was 10 months pregnant when I moved in and didn't complete a move in check list which I know our bad, but out of all the terrible things that were wrong with that townhouse, they charge me for a plumbing accident. Told us one price at move out inspection, then I go online its another price and then they added a charge right before the mailed us a check for their maintenance guy for a 5 minute him to pull out a top that accidentally fell into the toilet. Then charge us for blinds from the last people that lived there. Very shady. I would never rent from them again.Review from Nancy A

JP is our new property manager after his predecessor retired. What an improvement! JP is very responsive, very friendly, and looks out for his tenants, while still respecting the property owners' wishes. A difficult trick to execute, but ** pulls it off!Review from Jackie G

I have been in the property for half a month now, My landlord ** has been really awesome and on top of everything from the day I looked at the property until present. Any questions I have he is just a call away or points me in the right direction for the people I need to be in connect with as well as numbers for my move in process.It is good to have a landlord like him that has patients and understanding when you feel lost in this process, believe me it is a lot of work and overwhelming but thanks to JP with his patient it really help.Thank You for all your help.Ms. JacqReview from Cheri S

I have been renting my home from Landon Mangement for almost 6 mos. They are very quick to respond to questions and concerns. One of the best property management companies I have dealt with.
