Hired Lynch Construction to proactively redo roof and exterior of home in December 2022 Roof did NOT have leaks prior but have had leaks since January 2023 ******* Lynch has failed to resolve this issue and is not proactively seeking a solution Fails to keep appointments on repairs and there has been no follow up

Warranty repairs around the area have been completed months ago, we found that the leak is not a roof issue. We informed the client that the issue is a plumbing/ HVAC issue and there’s nothing else we can do. If an HVAC company finds anything wrong with our roof installation, we will gladly perform repairs for the client.Business response

As previously stated, we’ve already redone the area said to be leaking. Therefore the warranty work has been completed. We believe the issue is plumbing/ HVAC related. We will honor warranty work and preform repairs but ask the client to have an hvac technician out to inspect the vents first.

Obviously ****** didn't open the attachment or he didn't get sent the attachment because there is an invoice in there from an HVAC specialist that cost me $125 that I shouldn't have had to pay and on top of that I'll also send you a roofing estimate. I'm tired of the back and forth when this is obviously a warranty issue. I have no faith in my warranty for my roof or ****** for the next 4 years. If it does not get resolved at this point I am just going to take my complaint elsewhere.
