My husband and I closed on our new build home September '21, and were given 1 year warranty through Santa Fe Haciendas. My realtor ******** and I have been reaching out by text and email to the contractors office contact *************************** who is office manager and acts as construction coordinator, for help with warranty issues that have come up but our attempts have gone ignored. Some of our garage door panels were installed damaged during the construction process and since those have been replaced unpainted. We are trying to get them to advise us of when those will be painted to match the rest of the panels as well as to ask them to inspect the rest of the garage doors as they seem to be scratching when in operation. There are other warranty issues that have arised that we need addressed but it's become difficult since they ignore our messages. After my inquiries on January 11th and 19th about when the garage panels would be installed went unanswered by ***** I had to reach out directly to the owner/contractor ************************* by text on January 21 '22 to inquire about this, but never actually received a response as to when they would actually be installed. On February 1st '22 the garage door company just showed up unexpectedly. Since I wouldn't get responses by the contractors office contact I asked my realtor ******** for help in reaching out to find out when the panels would be painted. ******** has reached out multiple times to ***** and when ***** does respond she gives her the run around saying she has to ask someone else. We have other warranty issues pending that have not received a response for such as a chipped window that was installed as well others that have came up that we need taken care of during this warranty period. On their website and social media they advertise as having "Integrity, Superior ************************* but don't actually follow through as they provided under par fixes, work, and desert their clients like us.Business response
