Contracted with ********************** for swimming pool job that included a 2 hp pool pump.What was installed was a 1.5 hp pump.****** had ignored repeated attempts to get this fixed all via email so I have the proof.I have the proof via email the pump was to be 2 hp I have the proof via email that a 2ph pump was included I have the proof via email with pictures of the 1.5 pump was installed I have the proof repeated emails were sent to get this fix and no positive reply's it will be taken care of.Even Pentair (the current 1.5 hp manufacture) recommends the following pump for my pool: WEF 6.9 THP **** (EC-011028) based on the pool's water capacity and 10 hours run time per day.Yet a 1.5 hp was installed.Initial Complaint

Contract was signed to build pool 3/19/21 and we were quoted 6-8 weeks for job completion. There were many delays due to what appear to be clerical oversight and disorganization. Permits were not filed for on time and there wasn't follow up moving to next step without many calls/emails asking for updates. During the final building inspection with the city in September the inspector noted damage to the sidewalk the company would need to repair to finalize the permit but they were permitted to plaster the pool at this time. Email sent to office 9/3 questioning tile work missing in the pool was blown off and plastering was completed without it being done. Majority of the pool was completed at the end of September and it was filled, when attempting to turn on the pumps the spa pump did not function and still awaiting replacement 4 months later. There was an attempt to place the missing tile in the pool and resulted in cracked plaster on the stair, the tiling in the spa is still not complete. Multiple attempts to reach the builder via phone and email have been unsuccessful and door is locked when going to office. They have put requests into the finance company for final payment several times over the last four months and the same information about missing/broken items has been sent with no response.
