I went to the shop to have my windows fixed because they were not going up and down properly. I had already taken it in prior to get an assessment and I was told it would be a job that would take about a few hours. After coming back within a few hours they told me it was more complicated than they thought (wiring in the door was not the original) and they'd need extra parts or that they couldn't fix it and it may take a couple days. It ended up being 4 days later when it would be fixed. After driving for a bit (a couple weeks I noticed that my alarm would go off randomly nonstop. Also, that my brake light would remain on. These are damaging because it drains the battery and the alarm is a safety issue because if it goes off all the time then I won't know if there is real danger to the car. I reached out to them and they would not respond to my calls or want to fix it. Not until I left a bad review did ***** (no longer employed) reach out to me and say they would fix it if I removed the review. I recently informed them I would file a complaint and that if they could refer me out to have it fixed since it is their fault it is happening and they refused.Initial Complaint

DECEMBER 26 2023 TOOK MY CAR TO Neil's Express Automotive, Inc.700 ************************************************************************* ;************** BY RECOMENDATION OF AAA. THEY DIAGNOSE A FAULTY FUEL INJECTOR. THEY SAID THEY COULD FIXED IT FOR ME AND TOLD ME TO PICK IT UP IN TWO DAYS. LATER I RECEIVED CALL FROM THEM THEY TOLD ME THE PRICE WILL BE $ ********. I AGREED TO THE PRICE SO THEY COULD START WORKING ON MY CAR ; A WEEK LATER AND DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM; I CALLED; THEY SAID THE CAR WILL BE READY THE NEXT DAY BUT THEY HAD TO TEST IT FIRST. TWO DAYS LATER I CALLED THEM AGAIN; THE LADY SAID TO GIVE HER TWO MORE DAYS; THREE DAYS LATER I CALLED THEM BUT SHE SAID THE CAR STILL NOT READY. SHE TOLD ME THEY WILL CALL ME AS SOON AS THEY FINISH; ANOTHER WEEK WENT BY; WE DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM. MY FATHER CALLED THEM THE LADY TOLD MY FATHER THE CAR IS READY TO BE PICK UP THE NEXT DAY. WHEN I PICK UP THE CAR THE NEXT DAY THE PROBLEM WAS STILL PRESENT AND IN ADDITION THE CAR WAS LEAKING MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF ENGINE OIL. I COULD NOT DRIVE THE CAR MORE THAN HALF BLOCK AND HAD TO TOW THE CAR TO HOME. I CONTACTED THE SHOP AND TOLD THEM I WANTED MY MONEY BACK. THE LADY TOLD ME TO PLEASE BRING IT BACK TO THEM SO THEY COULD TAKE A LOOK. SHE TOLD ME IF THEY COULD NOT FIX IT THEY WILL GIVE MY MONEY BACK. I HAD TO TOW THE CAR BACK TO THEM WITH THE PROMISE MY CAR WILL BE READY IN TWO DAYS AGAIN. ON JAN 23 I RECEIVED A TRAFFIC TICKET FROM METRO EXPRESS LINE WITH THE PICTURE MY LICENSE PLATE. SOMEBODY FROM THE MECHANIC SHOP HAD DROVE MY CAR ON EXPRESS LINE WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION AND I GOT CHARGED FOR IT. I CONFRONTED THE LADY AND SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD PAY THE TICKET AND TO PICK UP MY CAR THE NEXT DAY. THE NEXT DAY WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR; SHE SAID THE CAR WOULD NOT READY UNTIL NEXT DAY. FINALLY ON JAN 25 I PICK UP MY CAR JUST TO FOUND OUT SOMEBODY FROM THE MECHANIC SHOP DROVE IT 400 + MILES BUT THEY WONT SAY WHERE. I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR HELP WITH THIS MATTER. After spending $10,000 on repairs this auto body shop still has not finished the work I paid them to do. The have had my truck for almost a year now. So 1 year and $10,000 later I still do not have my vehicle. Every time I call it is some excuse.
