I made the mistake of investing in Versity. Same story as many others. Promised distribution of $864. After two years it is $0. They have quarterly reports that have a lot of miscellaneous categories. They used an ad up to a total income of $200. This is on a huge rental building in ********* **********. They change the name of their company about every 2 years. If you research previous names you'll see there are lawsuits. In one of the previous company names you can see the owner of that company was prosecuted. They use the Delaware statutory trust tax savings to draw in customers. Problem is once you sell your previous property you have to make fast decisions to meet the requirements. And that is when bad decisions are made to go with this company. In summary, they bait you in indicating that you'll receive $864 monthly. Their quarterly reports are very detailed. So, you would think they could predict the 864 bait to last the 10 years of your commitment. If you have been scammed by this company you should know the previous names they've changed. If you have been scammed by this company. I am concerned about recovering our base contribution. This is going to take a lot of documentation of previous acts by the various companies. I agree with other reviewers. This is a terrible company to invest your money in. They keep lying to the investors. They have paused distribution for a year and I am not sure how I can get my rescue my equity and run. I have invested in one of their Student housing properties for several hundred thousand dollars.

Terrible company to invest with. They can't even get their tax documents mailed out by the *** deadlines. Couple that with the original partners failure to manage the Vue on MacGregor in *****, and the fact that rather than fixing the problems they created at the property they split the property off into a new business and started changing their names. First *****************************, then *********************, then Versity, and now they're in the process of starting a new REIT called Crew Enterprises...Seems like every time stuff starts going downhill for them they just dump their investors in the trash and shift the money into a new company and new properties..Investors beware, do your own research on these guys before you buy into their sales pitch.

Worst company in *** ! Abusing college students with the worst living conditions and they dont really care, ****** care at all !
