I got my 1st oil change from Jiffy in Nov 29, 22. I sent my other car there May, 11 23. The car started having problems about a month and a half later and I found out it was not only leaking oil but the pan below was not installed back correctly causing an accident for my daughter. I contacted Jiffy Lube and they offered a free oil change which I used back on my other vehicle, the ***** I was able to get that car done some time after July 4th because that was when I originally put the claim in to complain about the ********** car issue. Now, my **** car has been having major issues. You hit the gas pedal and it doesn't move forward, and I even had my car not start. I had to take my car to a mechanic, issues couldn't be duplicated. So a 2nd mechanic looked at my car a week later and said, "there is no oil". How can that be less than 2 months after an oil change? This is unacceptable. They also have this statement online about what they do for service. None of this has happened, I just realized that now as I was looking for the service history for my car and it's not even listed as it should be. I'm wondering why I even created an account for them. If my information isn't available to me. Just an absolute mess. And I just had to pay an additional $29.89 for more oil to add to my car, since it wasn't even drivable yesterday. I think they should just reimburse me for everything and complete the job!Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I'm not sure why this was sent to that location or why my claim was sent all the way out to *****. I live in ******** Canyon, ** and the business is in *********** which is where the work was done. I agree with the person who included the invoice of whoever's work that was. It's not mine. I provided the dates of my work and they were for 2022, and **** in *******, **. Now can I get my claim submitted and filed correctly?
