Wish I had read some of the reviews before we signed, I would give zero stars. This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. Sale pitch was so good, ****** vender, ******* dealership blah blah blah. But from the moment the contract was signed there were problems after problems! *** got fired, first sales ******* had personal issues, 2nd ******* ******** **** didn't return calls, project ******* has no clue. Finally got an install date after nearly 45 days only to get another call 2 days later saying it has to be postponed to early December. Come to find out they didn't order the proper test to get clearance for asbestos, even though they had already claimed all permits went through, which was why the install date was set for next week. Now no one is getting back to me about what's going on. Called ****** to start a complain too and I never write bad reviews or complain on public forum, but I just don't want anyone else to get suckered! We truly regret working with this company and falling for their sales pitch, and truly wish we can cancel our contract, but we out down a deposit and financed the rest through ****** and the company claims we would be responsible for 35% of the contract even though nothing has been done. If you're considering this company please don't hire them! They don't care about their customers once you sign and they don't communicate with each other or to their clients about anything. Stay away from them and go with anyone else as there are plenty of other contractors out there now that I've worked with more and more of them.Reborn Cabinets LLC Response

Installers **** and ****** were extremely polite, timely and accommodating to my needs. The estimate of the time required to complete the job was precise and completed exactly as projected. They did all the extra little things as well like painting small areas of the wall that had to be slightly scuffed etc. during the installation. The final project looks great and Im very happy with how things turned out.Review from Jason B

We are frustrated and ticked off.We got a new tub/shower, the sales pitch was great, the quote kinda high but the loan terms and quick schedule date were nice, and 25 year warranty sounds great .The install was clean and quick, the first follow up issue was not nearly as bad as some other people have had and the guy who came out to fix it was super competent , but I think he's gone now.Then a couple years later the entire bottom is separating from the support below it. Called and someone came out quickly and said that's definitely a warranty issue and we'll replace it for you. He had a line on a new tub -- ours is deeper than usual, but that guy knew what he was doing and had all the experience and connections and was going to.......Silence for weeks. Called back and found out he no longer works there. The new guy for warranty issues was totally clueless, led us on & outright lied and tried to gaslight my wife, after 6 MONTHS of this he scheduled an install. So that morning I cleared space in the bathroom..... and nobody showed up. Finally called a couple hours after the appointment time and they had cancelled, but not bothered to tell us. A couple months later of no good answers, not responding/calling back, they finally said they had a tub and scheduled a new appointment. The crew showed up with the wrong tub -- it was smaller and faced the completely wrong way, not the same acrylic type that we have... Note -- we were Very explicit and repeated numerous times the type and measurements of our tub, even the install crew were baffled and annoyed. It's been over a month since then and still cannot get a strait answer from anyone , can hardly ever get ahold of anyone besides the old lady who answers at the call center to transfer you to someone (occasionally the wrong person with the same name), which usually goes to voicemail or plays hold music for a few minutes until the line just disconnects.Reporting them to the lic board and bond agency.Review from Bing C

This is the worst experience I ever had and suffer badly as a customer in good faith. My financial information was mishandled FOUR times by the one of the employees in their ******************* The last time she did it was the most shocking and outrageous because I just gave them a new vehicle to process the payment, even after the salesperson came to my residence personally for a live signature. It seems that she did not exercise due diligence processing customer's financial information and/or not giving sufficient attention or thought to avoid mistakes or harm to customers in good faith. I have 2 of my bathrooms done by Reborn team back in 2/2023. There was an issue with caulking not being smooth right after installation so they sent a tech out to fix it. During the installation both the tech and sale person ***eated assure that if any issue with caulking in the future they will be covered under warranty service and they have someone designated just to address the caulking issues. after 1 year later, we noticed a black spots in part of the shower/bathroom area where caulking has small holes. We tried to clean it but not able to clean it. I contacted the reborn warranty service and scheduled a tech to be onsite on one of the weekday between 8am-10am. On the day of the scheduled, the tech call me at 8am saying calking is not covered under warranty so he will not be coming as scheduled. a few min later, I received an email from warranty manager saying mold coverage is only for 1 year and sent me a copy of warranty certificate. In the certificate no where it stated that. Warranty stated that 25 years for both material and workmanship. the only exclusion listed in the warranty is "Periodic Maintenance of caulking for finishing tub an walls. and Mold or Mildew as a result of poor maintenance of the caulking or seals.Reborn team decline to honor the warranty by:1 The tech never step inside the home to inspect the caulking during scheduled service. 2 The warranty service manager emailed with false statement about Mold not cover after 1 year.if the tech was in side the house and inspect, he would have noticed that other area were clean showing regular upkeep and mildew/mold is not cause by lack of maint.i also called the Reborn Sale team and explained the situation and talked to two different *** and both agrees the caulking is included in the warranty coverage. They have reached out to warranty service and I was told someone will call back but as of now, there was no attempt of contact from Reborn. Wish I could give zero stars. My parents would never leave a review but I feel it's a service owed to others out there who are thinking of using this company through ******* My elderly parents thought they were getting a convenient kitchen cabinet refacing but instead received an absolutely terrible install for an obscene price. Unhelpful service and attempts to reschedule to fix their errors were not met with the urgency that it deserved. They refused to budge on a reduction of the exorbitant costs charged to my parents. The kitchen install was missing doors and cabinets and the doors did not shut DESPITE taking measurements and placing the order themselves. They left an absolute mess for my parents to clean up themselves in the yard and kitchen. I was shocked. They wouldn't show when scheduled to show up. They left in a rush and working with them to reschedule caused my parents to miss important events they had scheduled with family for months in advance. They had to live with the inside of their kitchen scattered all over their home for over a month when Reborn promised the job would be done in 4-5 days. I 100% do NOT recommend REBORN. My 1 day 18K shower install has yet to be satisfactorily completed. The window surround cracked and crooked which requires new window kit and back panel. They have come out 3 times with not having right equipment, not having right color material and not having material necessary to complete job. They don't call, all communication has to be instigated by cust. Last appointment made they did not call or show and after asking to speak to warranty Mgrs boss they don't answer or return my calls and have left me on hold or disconnected calls. Really bad business and very sad as we have no source to repair and must now attempt to navigate arbitrationReborn Cabinets LLC Response

I am a very unsatisfied customer who paid so much money for a bathroom remodel which took months to complete a simple upgrade, and after 15 months of completion I noticed there were hairline cracks above the shower tiles which they refuse to repair as they claim I had a one-year warranty. I never received or seen a one-year warranty, but I did receive a 25-year warranty on their products. I do not recommend this company. Beware of them!Reborn Cabinets LLC Response
