I have qualified for all 12 months and it has now been 75 days past due for my account to be ************************. The bank is aware and not making any progress on their actions.

A fraudulent check was drawn from account and I disputed that with the credit union, they made me notarize and affidavit and drive all the way to the credit union to submit over there in person, it's been two weeks since that happened and still I haven't received a credit of $500, This is the cheap credit union and their harassing me asking me the same questions again and again, they have no intention to refund my money and they are not taking care of my problems of a common man. They are behaving as if I have done some kind of fraud, and blaming me for the check fraud. If things don't resolve here, I will take them to court.

Credit Union of Southern California dementrates poor business ethics and has several tactics to attempt to defraud customers. Credit Union of Southern California offers loans and demands repayment of loans but does not have any method of notifying customers of when loan payments are due. Other companies in the same industry that offer the same services have email alerts, text message alerts, and mail alerts which notifty their customers when loan payments are due. Credit Union of Southern California offers non of these in attempt to collect higher interests payments when their customers miss their loan payments. Furthermore, Credit Union of Southern California will lock your account to make it impossible to pay your loan payment even if you tried to. This is very poor business ethics.

The company is aware that I am a high school student and have caused hundreds of fees. Company will not rectify and stalling so a police report is being filed as well. Mutiple deposits are still pending as of 12/9/22 and will likely bounce. Total effected: roughly $3,000
