Business ProfileforLiberty Student Loan Forgiveness

I was contacted by Liberty loan forgiveness and they stated they would get my loan paid off in full. They had not contacted ********** of ********* and the ********** of ********* informed me that only the ********** of ********* would call and request information and discuss loan status. I then tried for months to get a "contract" sent to me so I could read on it. After multiple attempts I finally recieved a copy (which I did not sign). I have been on *** for just over 2 years due to LONG COVID complications. I called and tried to get payments stopped and a refund. They inform me that they are charging me because they sent paperwork to process for the ********** of ********* to forgive the loan. I've spoke to ********** of ********* and told them and they stated that this company never contacted them and more than likely will not and that it is more than likely a scam. This company then told me they did the paperwork to have me in good standing and $0 monthly payment with ********** of *********. I was already in good standing and $0 payments prior to this "company" contacting me and have been for years. I've tried many times by email and calling them (on a recorded line) to attempt a refund and no luck. I am requesting to have a refund from this company and I do believe they are scamming people also.I also plan to send a written request also. Thank you.
