I received an email saying that an order was placed on my Wal-Mart account that I didnt place. I requested cancellation (initially I hit the wrong reason in haste, but figured because I hit Request Cancellation it was of no consequence. I received an email from the shipper saying the package was unable to be cancelled because it had already been delivered. Which I knew was false because this ordered looked like it had been placed that day, and I live in PA and the shipper is in CA. They were dismissing me and not even trying to work with me. I spoke to a Wal-Mart representative who sent an email on my behalf to Sullivans. Sullivans-instead of cancelling my order- offered me a 15% refund. I shouldnt have to pay for this at all. I dont know whats so hard for Sullivans to comprehend about this concept. Sullivans is a fraudulent company trying to make a buck despite consequence.
