Very disappointed that I have been taking multiple cars to this location for the last 5 years . My mechanic recently asked me why I was getting full synthetic oil changes every 3k miles , and I let him know thats what the sticker says that they give me . He let Me know that it was not needed and that it could go up to 7k~10k between since full synthetic. Meaning Ive wasted hundreds of dollars at this place and no one once told me at this location , or even asked if I would like to go longer . When I called manager **** today he admited they do not tell us this and have nothing posted as policy . No options for refunds or any discount. So I am here to let corporate know how taken advantage I feel especially for being a woman . So wrong they are doing this to probably 100s of people .Business response

Regarding the complaint from our customer ***************************
The Customers complaint centers around Generic Reminder stickers that are placed in the windshield at time of service
The Reminder sticker is not specific to the various Year Make and Models . Our industry has used these stickers for decades.
The individual mileage requirements are in the vehicles maintenance system and in the vehicles Owners Manual
Its is never our practice to recommend oil changes or any other maintenance service before they are required. We have a ************************************************ this regard
However our customers and industry data show that many Vehicle Owners choose to service they're vehicles before manufacture recommended intervals
It is my wish that the ******************** had referred to the Owners Manual, the ******** Maintenance System or simply asked Us for details on her vehicles Oil Change interval.
I assure you that the vehicles maintenance system is reset at service and provides current vehicle oil life at the push of a button
While we have conversations regarding oil change intervals with our customers all the time due to the many different vehicles on the road
this is the first such complaint I have received in over 25 year plus in the Oil Change industry
We work for our costumers and at they're request
While no refund will be offered I do wish to offer 2 ************ synthetic oil changes to Ms. ********
Its my hope that we can resolve this situation
