This place does not have qualified technicians or service writers. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. I had my Ram 2016 **** 6.7L cummins worked on here and had massive damage to my new truck at ****** miles. I had to take it to ************ and they had it for 2 weeks to fix (or so I was told) the abortion on my truck. I called RAM to file a complaint that their certified technicians at Antioch are horrible and I need to make a claim about my truck. I was so shocked when they told me they had nothing to do with a private companies employees. The "certified mechanics" that wear uniforms is just charades. I would not be here wasting my time if i didnt feel it was urgent to get this out there to hopefully help someone from making a huge mistake like I did. Spend alittle more and take your car to anywhere but Antioch Dodge/Ram.Review from Suzanne G.

Bought a Jeep from them, I am out of state, with advertised price of $36,799. Rushed through signing process, signed on iPad, didnt see final number until he printed contracts at the end. Saw the price and asked he said it was the fees and extended warranty we bought. Drove 5 hours home to look at the paperwork the next day and have price listed over $53,000 with warranties listed below separately. Called the manager took days to respond and was told they gave me $7,000 less than what I owed on my trade in. KBB was $3000 less so we expected some negative equity. Also told they charge me $2000 to certify the vehicle. When we picked it up it has a slow tire leak, asked sales guy why tire was low and he said it was probably a sensor issuealso had a crack in the windshield. Also told they just undercoated it which was $2000it has some visible rust under the body. After talking to manager he said he would owe us $3000 but would have to take the cost of the windshield off that???? If it was certified that shouldve been fixed. We have never received any paperwork regarding the certification or undercoating. I asked for detailed list of cost breakdown and havent received any communication since.
