      I sold my truck to Antioch Nissan last Monday October 2, 2023. I was told that it would take 2 days to issue the check, a week at the very latest. My truck was paid off and the title was in-hand. I gave them the truck and title to my truck. I checked after 4 days on Friday, October 6, 2023. ******* said my check was still not there and to check back on Monday. On Monday, October 9, I went back to dealership and they said check was still not there, but promised it would be there the next day. I went in today, October 10, 2023 and spoke to ***** and he said "What am I upset about, you walked out of here with a car?" The purchase of my wife's vehicle on October 2, 2023 (the same day I sold them my 2017 ****** Tundra)had nothing to do with the sale of my vehicle. He then said the check was upstairs waiting for the owner to sign. I asked "When is the owner going to be here?" ***** said "I don't know, he's 70 years old, we don't know when he comes in." That is completely unacceptable. Antioch Nissan owes me $16,000 and I don't even understand why, if I gave them Truck and Title (I owed ZERO money on vehicle) that I have not been given a check and have been given smart-ass remarks about why I haven't received check? That is not the way you do business.

      I purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue from Antioch Nissan at the end of May 2023. Within a week of owning the car it started, running rough, misfiring, engine shutting down. I made numerous attempts to contact someone at the dealership and even called and text the salesman with no response. Finally I was able to get a hold of a manager named ***** and asked him for the complete inspection report of the vehicle. I went to the dealership on 8/4/23 to pick up said report and on that report it states "engine misfires". I have requested full report and was told by ***** and finance manager ***** that this is the only report and there was not a full point inspection done prior to sale of the vehicle. I finally was able to speak with *****************************, customer relations manager on 8/14/23, and she said to me " she doesn't know why this matter was not brought to her sooner", I told her I am requesting to have a "flat cancel" done with the loan and the dealership can have the vehicle back, the bank will get their money back and I will get my down payment. She advised that she needed to speak with the director. ***** called me 8/15/23 and stated she has a full inspection report, video of the inspection and confirmation of calls. I have again requested copies and have yet to receive. I am just requesting to have the dealership refund said monies and take their vehicle back.

In compliance with the ************************ Act,it is unlawful to disclose previous owner documentation to current owners. Antioch Nissan offers to diagnose the vehicle and provide expedited services upon request.

      On December 23, 2021, I drop off my **** Nissan Sentra at the Nissan dealer in Antioch to fix two problem, first problem check engine light is on, second problem after have to fill with gas car is hard to start. I got a call from the service department it will cost me $**** to fix the problem ,it was OK with me I approved it.I got a call the next day from the ****************** Your car is ready.I went to pick up the car the next day, after a mile or two in the traffic it cuts off start it back black smoke coming out from the tail pipe and its run very rough , Second time same problem.I took it back the next day, they check it out again and it only take them $500 to fix the problem.I will like to know how much to fix a problem like that on a **** Nissan Sentra is it **** hall $500.I got all my receipts avoid being done in the car.Thanks!******* C ************
