I have purchased 3 of ***************** vapes which leaked more product then was useful. The wax burned my lips and caused swelling. I have reached out with no response.Business response

Order was placed through their website on July 10th 2023. 2 Weeks have gone by with failure to provide an update on the order. Order is yet to be shipped/packaged. Email/contact has been made in attempt to get an update with no luck. Failure to deliver product/order
