According to my invoice, there is supposed to be ******** on these safety glasses. I don't see it? That instantly makes me wonder if anything other than the frames are in fact on these glasses.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/12/19) */ Contact Name and Title: ****** - Optician Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: ************************* *** ***** purchased 2 pairs of glasses. Regular glasses and safety glasses. They regular glasses were billed to the Insurance company and the Safety glasses *** ***** paid for them. We did extend a 10% discount on this pair of glasses. *** ***** picked up his regular glasses on 11/15/2022 and his safety were picked up 12/3/2022. At the time of pick up, *** ***** did not share that he had any concerns regarding the Anti Reflective coating (********). *** ***** did not contact us about any concerns prior to receiving this complaint. We contacted *** ***** on ********** and left him a message asking to contact our office. We did not get a response. We also sent *** ***** an email on ********** asking that he contact our office. We received no response. ********** the General Manager called *** ***** to discuss his complaint and asked that he come to our office so that we could discuss a solution with him. *** ***** refused and said he would not bring anything to our office and that he was reporting us for insurance fraud. I have included *** *****'s ******* Optical order sheet. On the order sheet you will find the request for ************ coating. I have starred it for your review. Further, the lab does a quality check prior to any glasses leaving the lab and our office does another quality check once they arrive at our office. *** ***** filed this complaint under our old company name.(*********************e) Our company changed name and owners over a year ago and *** *****'s receipt shows our new Company name as ************************************** We would be happy to review the safety glasses with *** ***** and resolve any issue he is having however he refuses to discuss anything with us or bring the safety glasses in for us to look at them. Why should I have to be at an additional loss for time and expenses when they messed up in the first place. Shouldn't they now have to come to me?
