At 3:53pm 4/6/23 received call to retrieve my car from Auto Alpina *********** it needed a battery I called back few times with questions and was quoted a price of $300.00 told they close at 6pm I made sure I told him Im coming I have to catch a ride from ******* upon my arrival shop was completely closed no signs, forced to wait outside I kept calling until the answering machine stopped picking up. Waiting for a share ride to take me back, During my ride home Auto Alpina owner/manager answered the phone then hung up during conversation I called back hes yelling at me that he will just remove the battery because Im playing games. I cant get 1 word in about the trouble this man caused by being irresponsible. I shouldnt have to pay unexpected return cost $45.00 twice $90.00 should be deducted from that over priced battery.
