      I wrote a book for which I have a copyright (Elephants, the Grass, and A Teacher". The book was edited by 2Nimble. I entered into a contract with 2Nible with a clearly defined price for the book and the distribution cost. The difference between the sale price and the difference would be by *******. 2Nimble agreed to give me periodic reports regarding sales and distribute royalties to me periodically. The book was published in June 2022. It has been over 24 months, but I have not received a single report from 2Nimble. I tried to contact 2Nimble but their website does not exist any longer. The only contact person I was referred to advised me to contact ****** Spark to transfer my ISBNs to my account to get reports and possibly royalties. A certain **** ******* was my contact person. Another contact person is **** ****** who has a LinkedIn address. 2Nimble is a scam company and they have ceased all communication. I requested that ****** SPark provide me with an address since ****** Spark can communicate with them. But ****** Spark declined.I am requesting a refund of $11,000m plus all the royalties due to me an all reports on how many copies of my book were sold.

      I submitted payment of invoice #**** in the amount of $632.76 to 2Nimble, *** on 11/05/2022 for book editing, proof reading, and cover design services. I received an email from 2Nimble (**** ***************************) on 11/8/2022 confirming receipt of payment and informing me that an editor had been assigned and I would receive an update regarding the timeline for receipt of an edited proof. Due to no communication from 2Nimble and no receipt of an edited proof, I followed up with an email on 11/22/2022 and was told there were staffing changes and I would receive an updated timeline "in the next couple of business days". I did not receive any communication nor did I receive a timeline or proof. I followed up with 2Nimble via email on 01/05/2023 and requested a full refund due to no services rendered. I did not receive a refund. I have since sent emails on 1/25/2023 and 2/11/2023 notifying 2Nimble (****) that I have not received a refund. Each time I receive a response stating it's being looked into and some one will follow-up with me. The last email I received from 2Nimble (****) was on 02/13/2023 in which I was told it was being looked into. It's now 3/23/2023 and I have not received a refund or any follow-up communication. (********************************* and 2Nimble customer service were also copied on these emails. (i.e. ******************************** ******************* ********************************* I have now lost time and money from a book that should have been published. I don't trust that this company would properly and effectively complete the services I paid for. I would like to receive a full refund.

      Initial communication with2Nimble began September 16, 2022 after being introduced to one of their employees via email by a publisher. We connected via Zoom call on September 20, 2022 where I shared details about my project and services desired, and learned more about the services offered by 2Nimble. After some back and forth emails for the rest of September and October, I was told via email on October 20 that the typical turn around time is 15 business days after payment is received. I made a payment of $180 on October 28 for formatting services. I sent a follow-up email on November 7 to find out if any further information was required, and I received a reply on November 16 saying that 2Nimble was having email issues and that they required me to complete a Metadata form via their OneHub platform. I completed the form on November 19 and sent an email to confirm that 2Nimble had all the relevant information needed to complete the services requested. I sent follow-up emails on January 6 and January 14, 2023. I got a response on January 20 saying that 2Nimble was still having technical issues and that they also switched their formatting provider in December. The employee said that they reached out to their new production manager to check with them on the status. I sent two separate emails that day saying that I needed an update as soon as possible and to send all requested materials by Friday January 27, 2023. I got a reply same day confirming "will do" and that the production team would be notified. However, I did not receive any materials via email or their OneHub platform. On February 24, I sent an email immediately requesting the materials paid for or a full refund otherwise I would proceed with filing a complaint with BBB. I also deleted my materials from their platform. As of today, Friday, March 10, 2023, I have not received any communication from 2Nimble since 1/27, materials nor a full or partial refund.
