Ordered a holster from company. No longer needed the order so I asked to return product within the specific return window stated by the companies policy. Company replied to a few emails and has since dropped all communication. Ive sent a number of emails with no response on how to return product.Initial Complaint

Nature of Dispute:I am unable to access the ********************* ************** Penetration Room Clearing Course, which advertised lifetime access. I purchased the course on December 27, 2021 (Order #*****) and initially accessed the content without problems. However, when I attempt to access the course now, the provided link redirects me to the company's homepage, and I can no longer view the course videos.Date of Transaction:Online Video Course: 12/27/2021, Order #***** (********************* ************** Penetration Room Clearing Course) This is a lifetime course.Total Amount of The Course:********************* ************** Penetration Room Clearing Course: $99.95 What the Business Committed to Provide:The business committed to provide lifetime access to the online course I purchased, including full video content.Business's Attempt to Resolve the Problem:I have attempted to contact the business multiple times for assistance:One email I sent via their website's contact form.two emails I sent directly from my personal email address.I also sent a message through ******** Messenger to the company.As of now, there has been no response from the company to any of my inquiries to correct the issue stated above. This lack of communication and resolution to regain me access to the course listed above is the core of my dispute.Account/Order/Tracking Number:Order #***** for the ********************* ************** Penetration Room Clearing Course.Issue Involves Advertising:Not applicable in this case, as my issue is with access to purchased content rather than advertising claims.Initial Complaint

I never received the item I purchased. I ordered a hat. Instead received a t-shirt from a different vendor. I explained the situation to the seller (company). They have not sent me a replacement. Im out $33.99 for the hat. I sent attachments showing proof. The vendor promised to send me a replacement but then began playing games. I want this situation resolved.
