On September, XX XXXX I placed a candy order for a company party with *************** No confirmation email was ever received. They took payment in the total amount of ******* Order was never received. Called the number ************ and only option is to leave a message Emailed 3 times ****************************** and I have not heard backBusiness response

I ordered 4 bags of candy for my place of employment on Dec 9, 2021. I received an email, said to have my tracking #, the next day. Couldn't open the email. My order # is XXXXXXXXXX. I have emailed their customer service 4 times with no response and have not received my shipment. I paid with a credit card when i ordered. Any help will be appreciated!Business response
