    I purchased their software over a holiday weekend after watching a video where their software was at a discount and would go up the following the day. I had recently started trading ***** at the time and thought I might give their software a try to branch out into stocks. I spoke to an agent, ******, on the phone, and he got me signed up where I paid $1995. I verified that I could get out of this after trying it and discovered it was not for me and he said I could. I was making a very rash decision because of the price discount. I later got on their StocksToTrade website to check their return window and saw their advertisements for a 14 day risk free window. I reached out to them 5 days after purchase to let them know I did not think their software was right for me as I did not have much trade capital and was just going to stick to FOREX. It took them 12 days to respond to me and tell me that I had a 3 day return window and not 14 day window. They said the 14 day window was for something else that they sold. I explained that this was just a huge misunderstanding and begged to just received a refund as I would not be using the software. They would only send me scripted emails telling me I was out of ******* has now been 9 months and to this day I have never used their software once. It seems criminal what they did to me over a misunderstanding. I saw something on their website and believed it to be true, I did not know they had different policies for different softwares or products. I contacted them again recently to try and speak with someone higher in the company because my money situation has gotten quite tough recently. I could not get anywhere past their support team. I begged them for a little understanding and it was like they laughed in my face. It truly does feel criminal what they did.

    Thank you for the opportunity to address the concerns raised by **************** regarding his purchase of our software.****************** enrolled in our software program during a promotional period and was provided with the standard terms and conditions, including a 3-day right of rescission, followed by a 30-day window in which we offer credit toward other services. This policy was clearly outlined and shared with him at the time of enrollment.It appears ****************** may have confused this purchase with our separate 14-day trial offer for our trading platform, which is distinct and unrelated to the software he purchased. We regret any confusion that may have occurred in this regard.In addition, while our team responded within the appropriate time frame, we acknowledge Mr. ******** frustrations and understand that financial difficulties may have compounded his concerns. Our customer success team reached out to him, and together they found an agreeable resolution, despite being outside of our policys refund window.We consider this matter resolved and are confident that this solution meets ********************** needs
