Pacific Dumpsters, Inc provides rentals of dumpster bins and I ordered a 25 year bin at a rate of $625 for 7 days. The order was placed on 3/26/2022 and I extended the bin rental on two separate occasions, one for 7 days until 4/8/2022 and then for two extra days until 4/11/2022. I paid for all of these costs upfront. On 4/9/2022, I received a call saying that the bin was picked up early that Saturday. I called the company and asked them to bring back my bin because I had workers arriving the next day on Sunday and I needed the bin. They responded by bringing me back a smaller 10 yard bin. I was subsequently charged on 4/11/2022 for an overweight charge of 3.81 tons and for 3 gallons of paint/hard-to-handle fee. These overweight before the smaller 10 yard bin was even picked up. I called multiple times asking how I could have an overweight for a bin that was not even used. They initially offered a small discount on my next bin, and I said I want a refund on the overcharges. They said they would provide me with the receipt from the landfill which I have not received. I also told them that there was no paint discharged. They told me they would also provide me with that receipt which I have yet to receive. I asked numerous times to speak to a manager and nobody would call me. I finally had to call and demand to speak to the manager and ****** ****** called me from XXX-XXX-XXXX on 4/25/2022. She disputed my claim. I asked to speak to the owner and she said the owner in unavailable. I looked up the corporation on the CA business website, and ****** ****** is indeed the owner. ****** asked what I wanted. I told her I want a refund on the $514.35 and $650. She said she would give it to me, but would not do business with me again. I am still waiting for my refund and I have not heard back from them. I also want to be charged the reduced rate for the 10 yard bin because that is the service I was provided.
