We paid **** ******** dollars for repairs for NOTHING! We have not received a phone call or any communications from METRO RV since last week of our request for resolution fo The check engine light is on, which was supposed to be rectified with a new oxygen sensor. Never received back any of the items that were replaced; we have no proof that the oxygen sensor was even replaced. Never received the warranty for the new water heater. New Water Heater leaked and flooded the RV, dripping water into RV parking lot Window installed in the back bedroom slider was installed so poorly, that it did not open or close. The second window was installed, and it is not a double paned window as the original window, hence, the window handle w/latch keeps falling off, because the handle is made to fit a double paned window. You installed the wrong window!!! The handle will continue to fall off no matter how much glue is used to fix it Our experience matches those that have complained on Yelp, including the leaking water heater. Yes, was asked to return RV to your lot AGAIN. At this time, with COVID, and how you told another customer that your staff was infected with COVID outbreak, they arrived at your office and no one was wearing a mask and their RV was not even touched for any repairs they requested. I am terrified that they will insult my wife again, I am TIRED of their lies and thievery. YELP review scores for this business is: ****************************************** 2.5 stars. Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/03/03) */ ******************* brought the vehicle back to our shop on 2/4/22 and we replaced the window glass with double pane glass as requested. We repaired a bad connection to the rear camera and scanned the engine to check the engine light that was on. This last two repairs were not part of the original work and we did them at no charge as a courtesy to the *********. We have a signed Invoice confirming this work. See Invoice ***** attached. Thank you, *************** Metro RV Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/03/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) After a couple of delays to get the proper window installed. We finally received our motor home back into our possession and off their property. The issue with the leaking water heater flooding the RV and leaking out of the back bedroom, with major concerns about damage to the foundation/floor, we are still in total dismay at how this place conducts business to the general RV population/consumer. We were told that we would receive an additional reimbursement for the water heater; nothing has transpired. We were told that we would get a car wash for our troubles...really? ok...we got a car wash for our troubles. I don't expect anything from this business. yet, a reasonable settlement to help get the carpet pulled out after being soaked from water heater flooding is considered a reasonable attempt to close this dispute. We are very concerned for the floor/foundation in the bathroom and bedroom area that sustained the most water damage. I know he tried...I give him credit, but this business has failed to win our confidence and satisfaction. and I pray for them.
