      We reserved a car through Priceline with NU our payment was immediately deducted from our bank account. We did not receive a confirmation via email and have not received replies to our customer service emails and you cannot reach a live person as the option to do so which is to press zero returns you a message that says that is an invalid option. With my trip approaching in two weeks, I still do not have confirmation of my reservation that has clearly been paid for and Priceline cannot locate anything either. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service.

      Terrible car rental place. I been cheated two time by this rental place in two different states. I never got *********** back from both spots. First time their excuse was that their was a 21 day or something before I get my deposit. Months gone by, call many times. Got the run around. The people on the phone couldn't speak English where it was understanding so that makes it even harder to communicate. If they ask for a deposit, be wary you might get it back. Since this is my 2nd time. I'm actually filing a complaint with the better business of bureau on this car rental company. I'm sure I am not the only one whose gone through this situation. Anyone thinking of renting, rent at your own risk..

      starting front desk: lasy. not courteous at all they dont show the effort to explain policies nothing to you. They NEVER pick up the phone for customer service. be careful with this place they will overcharge your cards and not show any explanation. its the little shady things they do and wont tell you. and the cars smell so bad of smoke.

      ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They had extremely rude customer service from the start and that should have tipped me off. Car was not in good condition and shook from time to time without warning. There was no walk around the car prior to driving it off the lot. In the final hours I had the car, the automatic gear shifter basically fell apart and I barely made it back to the rental lot. When I arrived, they claimed I somehow caused the damage to the automatic gear shifter and said I would have to pay for the repair and for days that the car was unable to be rented. I am a mature woman with an extremely good driving record and certainly did nothing to cause the damage. Obviously the car was in disrepair and I was the unlucky person that this happened with. They ended up charging my credit card for over $700 dollars and in spite of disputing the charges with my credit card company and Priceline, I did not get a refund. The woman I spoke with when renting outright lied and said she had done a walk around with me and that when I returned the car, I took full responsibility for the damage which neither of these things happened. It is impossible to speak to anyone from their "headquarters" about the issue. They simply referred me back to the ********* ** office I rented from. A very expensive ****** to always, ALWAYS read reviews prior to renting from an unfamiliar company. DO NOT USE NU CAR RENTALS> YOU WILL BE SORRY!!

      This is a terrible rental experience.AVOID.There is absolutely no support and counter sevices in *** has a poor customer attitude.WE booked a MID SIZE SUV ****** ROGUE or Similar. We also added Collision Damage protection.WE also PAY for International Liability riders on our canadian insurance policy. OPCF 20 & OPCF 27.When arriving, Counter refused to accept our Rider policy stating ALL NON US insuance MUST take their $14.99/day Liability Insurance.Instead of trying to accomodate us, counter advised she would just cancel our booking and we could shop elsewhere? We had just travelled for 8 hours to **, and nowhere else to get a car, now that the shuttle had taken us off the *** airport to the NU Car REntal counter.Of course we did not want to cancel and proceeded to complete our order.They offered us a ****** Kicks ( COMPACT SUV - NOT MID sized as booked).When asked, She did not offer any rate reduction for the smaller vehicle class assigned.When we went to pick up the car from the lot attendant, there were 2 ****** Rogues directly beside the vehicle assigned to us?ABSOLUTE worst car, not what we chose, billed more than our booking receipt, and a miserable counter staff. AWEFUL Experience DO NOT RENT HERE.

      I thought this place might be dubious when I showed up, and I was right. Several weeks after I rented there and paid up, they initiated a monthly recurring charge of $38.05 to my credit card for no reason and with no explanation. When I called their number, they said they could not help me because they could not find my reservation. Another number I called had no answer.

      Due to being an active duty military member I had to fly across the country short notice for a funeral. I had to fly to SLC for my mother's funeral and had rented a car in order to drive a family member in SLC to ***** for a funeral. The front desk notified me that I cannot drive to ***** because they are not insured in the state, but then offered to sell me additional insurance, which would cover me. This did not make sense considering I had my own auto insurance. I was left with no choice, but to rent another car from a different company and was assured by the front desk representative that I would not be billed. However, I was still billed $98 in addition to the hundreds of dollars I had to pay to book a different rental car on short notice. I highly recommend looking for a different company.
