We needed to have a lead and asbestos check done, and *** did an outstanding job. He was prompt, very professional and efficient in collecting samples, and test results were provided exactly when (or even before) he promised them. We had trouble finding the attic entrance the dat he came to collect samples. Zem came back a week later once we'd located the entrance to take the attic sample free of charge!Highly recommended for any home testing.

I'm so very grateful for *** and his team and for actually saving my life. In early June of 2022 the apartment that I lived at for some number of years decided to install new washer and dryers into the apartments. Not checking for mold, asbestos or anything that *** be harmful to your health. I was told that I had to leave my apartment for one day and then I could return back to my apartment the remainder of the time that the work was being done, so I did.That was a BIG MISTAKE, I became so sick that I had to go the hospital. I reported the problem to the management and requested that they have a remediation company come in and test my apartment per the request of the emergency room doctor, and I was told by management that the doctor shouldn't have told me that and that if I wanted a remediation company to come in and test my apartment that I would have to pay for it myself.This is when I contacted the CA Healthy Home Inspections, and WHAT A Blessing that was.***'s group came in a was testing for about six hours.What they found was MOLD, SILICA, ASBESTOS, and LEAD PAINT old and new. As a result of the findings that ***'s team found, I have been back to the hospital by ambulance, continually seeing a Pulmonary Physician, Ear, Nose and Throat specialist.
