We are new to SFX and had a lot of questions regarding our account. I was able to get connected with an agent (*******). She was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had. ***************************: is def 5 ??. She was such a wonderful customer service representative. Extremely helpful and worked very hard to accommodate our needs. We had a recent oops on our ***************** immediately tried her BEST to get our son checked in & gave him&best memories on their 1st vacay away from home.
